If you're a fan of Lemon Pepper the original is good of course. But if you want the best of both worlds a lil heat and citrus then I recommend this one. I eat this one more than the lemon pepper.

Does the acidity from the lemon juice mess with the meat? I heard that acidic marinades can par cook meat and mess with the texture. Ecspecially fish. But that's if you let it marinade too long, more than a couple hours. Love your videos man.
No sir...it doesn't mess with the texture of the wings. It definitely affects fish which I love, ceviche...lol! But a few hours over some chicken doesn't hurt.

Personally, I don't like to air fry my chicken with flour. You can do this if you prefer, it won't hurt it.
