The reason some people enjoy watching rants is probably the rush they get from adrenaline, especially if the person is really passionate about the thing they're ranting about. I'd say that some people would *dislike* watching rants because of the adrenaline as well, getting a more negative feeling from the rush. I also agree with what you said about how people enjoy seeing other people going off; otherwise salt compilations wouldn't exist. #Game #G

I honestly think it's neat to see people play Ice Climbers - you don't see them that often it feels like, especially these days. Now, I'm not a huge fan of wobbling, but that's partly why I think it's great to see people play Ice Climbers now because you get the feeling they're not playing them so they can wobble people. A lot of characters in Ultimate are very similar and I don't just mean echo fighters. That helps I imagine. If it was ~80 highly unique characters that would be way too much. They play around with archetypes more than they introduce new ones. Does kinda feel like the endgame has been reached though.
You know I thought so as well - I distinctly remember making a video called "Glenda Kong" I guess Glenda got ret-conned into being a Game and Watch player haha.
How about for the next smash, keep all the classics and interesting characters like duck hunt and pac man. Get rid of the generic anime characters. Add on that with characters like Gino, bomberman, conker, lakitu, birdo, rayman, lanky kong. But for GOD'S SAKE, no more generic anime sword characters. But my #1 pick for a new character would be Booger Man
Oh man... I don't entirely remember. I think it was one of n0ne's "personas" playing the character but frankly I just can't remember! It was something along those lines though.
