Panasonic makes really good and high-quality cameras, and the S5 II and S5 IIX are truly exceptional. Panasonic has made them even better. This video would have looked much better if you hadn't pushed the colors to the extreme; they're overly saturated. Other than that, it's a pleasing montage.
Defiantly a bit of fun with the colours here! Its a different look and I do love the red colour of the shack. I would say the look isn't for me normally, I do prefer a more naturalistic look but nothing wrong with experimenting and playing around! Only thing I would say to keep track of is your skin tones. Because its been saturated so much you're bring up that violet - blueish colour in the highlights on their skin. You can see this is @00:37 perhaps a mask on the blue and just warming it up a touch or adding a bit of green - yellow would have helped minimise it!
Olá, estou inclinado a ter a Lumix S5iix. Você fez grande trabalho neste flme. Você editou no Premiere ou no Davinci? Utilizou algum preset? Imagens incriveis me deixou feliz!
Great footage. Different people are commenting about their own color taste. Colors are perceived differently by different people. As long as you do the proper color management keeping in mind that most viewers will watch your footage on a REC709 display.
Thank you, I believe all of us know where we want to get when we colour grade but getting there needs a lot practice and trails, thank you for your comment 😊
Hey there, thanks for the comment, I have made this video to show how it looks with an extreme aggressive colour grade, I'm trying out some different grades and posted it to get some feedback from you guys here about it, thanks for taking your time to write yours 🙏 I will come with some more tests soon and hopefully the next time I get it closer to what we all want from this amazing camera 👍
@@felipeflores779 I hear the same but I think I’m already too invested and used to premiere to change, but of course I would never say never in this matter
The saturation of colors is strongly twisted, or aggressive loot was applied, which affected the appearance of noises, as well as color artifacts on the girl's face and the border around grass and flowers. Panasonic S 5 II gives a very nice picture in the standard profile, as well as in HLG mode with a clean conversion to rec709, the video is not bad, but incorrect processing obviously spoils it
Hey, yes, I agree with you about some artifacts as I have written on the details about this video this is a test to push the colours to it’s limits 👍 all my videos are tests for different colour grades to see what you guys think 👍, thank for your comment 😀
I have never tested HLG with this camera, but I will do so when i get to go out with it again, if you have any examples of a HLG with the s5, s5ii or the s5iix that you like please link the video below, i would love to have look 👍 @@EvanStories
Hey, thanks for the comment, yes I know, unfortunately nobody in this video likes to be in front camera so I didn’t ask them anything but I agree with, but since It was just some test shots it’s not too bad.
skin tones are too saturated ! you got a lot of pink/bluish blemishes that are just too much in the highlights. (im watching your video on a perfectly calibrated eizo monitor) I prefer more a cinematic look rather than this, but yet that's just my preference.
Hey Adrian, thanks for the comment bro, yes I completely agree with you, I edited this video on my old laptop and that monitor was very bad, now that have a changed monitors, every time I rewatch this video, my heart hurts a bit 😫
Hey there, yes the greens are a bit over saturated if i had the chance to edit this video again I would definitely tone it down a bit, i'm not sure about the sharpness, i haven't added any sharpness to it in post 🤔
That’s just because he shot at 60fps apart from that the organic feel is definitely there. He’s just showing what the camera can do with pushing colours
yes, I'm still working to get the most out of this camera, i'm sure i messed up on the colour grading as well, but i have some other people getting crazy good footage from it
Hey there, those videos are tests only as written on video description, I have heard about the phantom luts but haven't tested it yet, if i get to test it i will make sure to post a video to show the results 👍 thanks for the comment 😊
powerfully beautiful images! The colors are captivating. I love the look!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that, I’m working on some tutorials, I will try to cover some of Those shots as well, have a good one

I completely agree with you, I’m always experimenting with my colours and it’s easy to go overboard sometimes, I appreciate your comment and the tip 👍
like the video a lot, although the colours perhaps a little too saturated. but in the end it's a matter of taste.
Thank you Mathias, and don’t worry, I agree with you, I went a little bit over board with the saturation wheel in this one 😳
Hello, have you made a grading video? It sees you pushed a bit the colors but still looking good!
Yes, i went bit overboard on this one with the colours 😂
What are the camera settings? Please, you are a brilliant photographer. What are these beautiful colors and what type of Luts are they?
Hey bro, thanks, have my setting for this shoot in the video description 👍
I can’t never get my Sony to look this good, my next camera would be LUMIX S1H markII
Thank you
Nice 😍. What's the location? I've never seen such a beautiful place.

I love the look it’s amazing! Does the sigma 18-35mm give you a huge crop? What is the conversion like if it does give you a crop?
Hey there, you will get a crop equivalent to a super 35, i'm not so sure something around 1.5
Can you help me with instructions on how to do this color? Or do you have color Luts for me to refer to? Thanks you very much ❤❤
What program did you use to color grade!
Hey there, I used premiere pro, but it’s by far NOT one of my favorite colour grades, I went too overboard with this one 😳
@thatvideoguy4k yea I hear final cut pro is pretty good

Bien étalonné, bien filmé. 24P ou 30P aurait été meilleur par contre.

is it true that this camera has allot of noise
Sorry for the late reply, i don't think so, i usually add noise to some of my shoots as i like that old film look but in general i would say no
There's no action happening so the 50fps looks strange, I'd recommend 24/25fps for work like this. Nice shots though

Lacks the organic feel of higher-end cameras and has a very digital appearance.
