My channel generally focuses on a more casual side of speedruns. With these videos I want to show off cool speedruns, explain how they work, and entertain. Hopefully you enjoy the content and maybe even take up speedrunning yourself, because it is truly a lot of fun!

There is a glitch i found on switch idk if it works on other system types but i skipped the entire elevator ride after mettaton by entering and immediatly exiting. It warped me as if i rode the elevator without the long ride

Losing the jetpack minigame is possible if you try hard enough. It results in mettaton refusing to kill you because the show's on a commercial break.

@Fluppie In Toriel's defense, their adopted child was human, so declaring that every human who falls into the underground must die RIGHT AFTER THE DEATH OF BOTH THEIR KIDS probably wasn't the greatest move on Asgore's part.
For the sake of fairness, monsters stay alive through magic, and magic itself is highly influenced by emotions, so Asgore had to do something to keep his people from falling into despair.
It was a terrible situation all around and there was no good answer, so I can't say either Toriel or Asgore was right or wrong. They both tried to do what they thought was right.
A digression - each of the Dreemurrs (aside from Chara) represent each of the three main paths through Undertale the player can take. Toriel is Pacifist, Asgore is Neutral, and Asriel (as Flowey) is Genocide. I doubt it's anything of importance but it is interesting.
If you keep hitting quads on Asgore, it's called a TASgore according to Shayy(he holds the WR for a bunch of Undertale speedruns, including TRUE 100%, which is a 27 hour run featuring all 93 possible routes). There's 10 hours of the no save routes, just to give you a hint of how crazy that run is.

@@gegor41311 Sure, there's neutral, genocide, and pacifist. There's also True Pacifist. Leaving all the bosses alive but killing everything else. Leaving only one boss alive. Stuff like that. That's why there's 93.

You guys forgot that if you exit the elevator that you went after Alphys warns you about you killing Asgore before you press the button for the longest elevator cutscene,it automatically skips it and takes you to the gray floor.
They might be trying to avoid either softlocked or break the game, because they skipped a section shortly before that point.
That strat sadly only works on switch, same for Lemon Bread Skip
Edit: you can use the punchcard tho and have basically the same effect.

this reminds me of when i got my cousin that hated undertale to play this mod with me last year
needless to say we played the pacifist run and then we proceeded to finish the genocide route right after, good stuff.
When playing Undertale with a person who hates it is more fun than playing with a person who has no opinions on it

I'd love to see a multiplayer genocide speedrun, that sounds really interesting to see how it can be optimized with multiple players.
My opinion, the mettaton cooking show part where eazy is like "right left right to the corner up down halfturn 97 64" is hilarious
And Bryan being like "what are you saying? There's only 2 dimensions" leads me to believe that is the only time that happened

the problem with this is the input lag, makes sans and undyne in a genocide way harder than they usually are
Thinking about it, the mod really should've also changed the story of Asriel to have two humans, since it changed the flashback to mention both names.
Undertale together is cool! I sure want to see more playtrough of you two in this mod of undertale!

In my opinion, if the genocide run is going to happen, it should be done on Bryan's copy of the game, considering his previous playthrough and general demeanor.

In the entire playthrough, you guys killed 2 monsters, one is Asgore which would be killed either way by Flowey and is essential to getting out of the underground, and the other is just a poor random Vulkin.

It's interesting how the game displays text by having the text box appear at a specific point on screen but the text itself at a specific point in the room relative to where you're standing

id love to see how the monsters see the perspective of this: 2 small kids say their 'speedrunning' they give 0 fucks talking to anyone, randomely kill a vulkin, somehow avoid speaking to alphys, mettaton, and sans, and murder the king.
and somehow they feel bad for 1 of them cause their toriel's least favorite child.

Pretty sure everyone already knew this, but the regaining health when killed thing was taken from Deltarune (if you somehow don't know, Deltarune was created by the same person who made Undertale)
Also, if you go back to the first episode of Undertale 2-player on Eaziest Speezy when Bryan is choosing his character, you can see a character who looks like Kris (the main character of Deltarune)

This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36) if you believed in Messiah you would be following His commands as best as you could. If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20.
Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God.
Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

i did try the 4 player mod by myself im shock i even beat it with out killing the mod combines all your hp and added it to 4 player so lv 1 you get 80 hp i got softlocked sometimes but i did find some skips using player 3

And that hardly anyone's gonna figure out on their first try that you can progress by repeatedly sparing her. Like, that's not a thing that's done ANYWHERE else in this game or any other game.

Back in my day I literally got Undertale with only one player character, and when I played it with someone I forced them to do the pacifist route, mostly played the game for them, and asked them about any inconsequential choices they wanted to do! You kids have it lucky

Okay... so this is my first time watching this game. I know this game is SUPER well renowned... but my question is.... WHY? what is so special about this game? I'm not being a smart ass either... im actually curious..?
It has a great soundtrack combines multiple things from other games has a unique spare mechanic and has many fun dialog options, routes and choices. Puzzles are hard but fun and the story lets you get multiple ending based on the choices you made.
It’s also fairly cheap and easy to learn so you can always pick it up and put it down if you don’t like ot
The writing and the way it ties into the gameplay is really well done, but that's not really showcased in a speedrun.
The different endings, the music is great, at the end of a run there's a phone call you get and the dialogue is based on the people you've spared or killed there's a potential dozen different endings in the neutral run and then A different 2 paths you can take by either sparing everyone or killing everyone and it's short and easy to replay
Plus the bosses are pretty fun and characters are pretty decently well written
