The NSW Transport Heritage Expo is an annual event showcasing Sydney’s transport heritage.
This video shows this year’s event featuring Sydney’s vintage electric Red Set (F1) sometimes otherwise known as Red Rattler, Steam Trains, Vintage Sydney Buses and even a 1970’s Comeng S Set.
The heritage weekend definitely bought back memories for people of many generations and am definitely looking forward to next year’s expo.

Thanks Phil for the video - quite an exercise in nostalgia. I emigrated to Sydney 50 years ago when trains were single-deckers and buses were double-deckers. Just the opposite of these days.
This was a very excellent day, and I was hoping to see you but I didn't get to.
I’ve been on the steam train with my dad on the Sunday. It was a great experience and my dad recommended a 9 out of 10

Transport Heritage Expo was great, I went yesterday, but I went on the early F set so I didn't end up seeing you.

We even learnt a little bit about the battery life of the GoPro.
I’ve seen steam trains and rattlers. On the weekend
I been on both steam train rides on Saturday and a bus ride on a Sunday with my girlfriend and it was a great experience on the long weekend. Great video Phil and its great meeting you and Paul at the expo, hope to see you again next year expo

i find it funny how they added a headlight to the S set lol
I think it kinda suits it lol
So it can be used on Interurban lines
How come the Endeavours all don't have the new livery, I saw one race past Riverwood coupled with the new livery Endeavour and now it's stuck in my head, do trains like XPL/XPT and Oscars get the new livery (since they are blue)? and also what happened to the Y sets?

Is there any chance that a vintage London tube train could be included in the expo?
There will be no chance. Maybe an Overground train or the Flying Scotsman can though
They could’ve used the c set that’s old train
S Sets are way older, and there's currently no operational C Sets
@@JenperTV there is a c set at Chullora next to mariyung d sets

A composite set Of C5 and C9 still exists, don’t know the status of its return to operation work
