@LoL Fr3nkl1 oh really? The vipers easy for me. Im not sure how people would struggle with it. I save up the Junkman markers for JV's viper, Mings Gallardo, Barons Cayman or the Golf. They're worth getting.

You don't put Handling at +5.
You do Steering +5, Aerodynamics +5 and Handling +1. Nitrous at +5 in the later game.
Also, go for Junkman parts, they are godlike.

steering is for sensitivity, handling is grip, aero is downforce (high aero gives better stability, but lower top speed), turbo/supercharger changes boost timing (high turbo means power kicks in at higher revs)
You know on the 360 you can do 3 sets of tuning.
So for the nitrous I put the first setting on the left and 2&3 on the right

I confirmed the AI late game will pick their path depending on what lane you are in.... If you keep pointing at a shortcut they normally don't go.... They will go through it and try to cut you off or break check you

He just did abismal tuning with the Mustang, thats why. Cars like the Supra and the Mustang are really good cars but when they are upgraded to ultimate they become some of the worst for some reason.

*Best starting car, it has one of the best accelerations in the game but it understeers more than the Mustang xD. Rx7 would the best all rounder in terms of price, performance, and unlock time.

Even though for example, your up to Baron and you've fully upgraded it, the Speed and Acceleration bar don't go up that much. Its really good for Pursuits though cause it's a heavy muscle car and can smash stuff and go through roadblocks easy. I'd prefer to just use it for them. I don't find it very useful for races. No offence. Just what I think of it. 👍

Steering 2 positive, handling 3 positive, braking allthe way positive, ride hieght all the way negative, supercharger all the way up
Aerodynamics at full positive. Its a very good tune for every car, the only cars that arent good with this set up are mustangs and 'vettes. The sterring needs to be only 1 positive instead of two. Like so he sees
Steering +5
Handling +1
Aerodynamics +5
Ride Height +5
Do that tune and you'll turn/steer easily

Those mods are mostly useful to lower your heat... especially when your car gets into the higher tier police heats where the car struggles the most to get away from them when you're suddenly introduced to those cops... it does get a bit messy. That's when you change the visual appearance to drop the heat.
P.S Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease leave those BL cars as it is... they look better as they are.

i always watch the full video till the outro, it's a lot of fun to watch, because this game is very close to me, it's the very first game i ever got, i was 6-7 years old, so about 10 years ago, i'm planning on buying it, but until then, i'm enjoying these videos, keep em up!
ive been watching this stuff from the start. i like it because nobody ever records these games anymore, and games like carbon and most wanted are just fun to watch. Also i like how the episodes align to be a grinding episode and then a key race episode.
Theo, here's a tip about pursuits, if there is ever a traffic/civilian vehicle sitting in front of a road block, use speedbreaker and use the traffic like a battering ram.

Your heat level also goes down when you drive another car, so while you're driving your mustang, the heat on your Evo goes down
theo if you use a car that's not the evo ,the evo's heat goes down and the car you used, that car's heat goes up if you're in a chase

i was actually using Earls car to beat her, and she left me, i had to restart the sprint because i lost it the first time, when i finally got the car in my garage i was surprised that she was zooming past me even though my car was so much faster (i even had it tuned)
Once your videos are entertaining it doesn't matter how long the videos are
Getting all the junkman performance parts is integral in this game, especially JV's junkman engine. Makes the car so, so much faster and better.
does tuning aerodynamics bring any change in dodging roadblocks??
The reason your other car's heat level went down is part of the game. While you're driving your current car, all the cars in your garage get their heat level reduced over time. I figured that out the same way you did, when your car randomly reset to heat level 1.
Theo if you tune the aero on the Mitsubishi to negative then it will help you reach a higher top speed for highway events, but do note that you will have to break more for some corners but if you're on the highway for most of the time you shouldn't have a problem.

He's playing on the Xbox 360 version. It's regarded as the best version for graphics. But the PC version can also look like that as well, with a few mods.

3 on handling, 3 on grip, max aero, or if its a fast highway race, 2 or 3 from top, 2nd lowest ride height, max turbo, max, nitrous. Imo those are the best settings and make the cars handle fantastically, are still really quick!
