Love your style of video. No blabbing, just action and great background music also. Awesome choice of beer to go with pizza!

Great vid mate! Your wife is a real keeper, helping you out preparing the dough. And you’re great too because you took the care to make sure her pizza turned out well. Very nicely done! Cheers.

The pizza screens are just what I've been looking for to help the pizza slide off of the peel. Great tip!

Nice vid, thanks! You and your wife (I presume) do nice team work. Just got my kettlepizza and looking forward to giving it a go. Questions: 1) most videos I have seen show people keeping the pizza stone and pizzas towards the front due to higher temps in the back but I see you don't. Any issues with uneven cooking or cooking too fast? 2) most vids use oak as did you - have you experimented with other hardwoods and you would recommend? If so, any noticeable difference in taste? 3) Love the pretzel bites - any thoughts on doing those on kettlepizza? I would assume the temp would have to be lowered a bit.
    Thanks again!

Great vid, i just got my first weber after every other man in my family has been forged in that fire lol. Im mostly used to smokers and propane grills.
Im curious, could you let me know how the underside of the pizza was? Ive been considering an ooni but this is a rad attachment and I wonder how it stacks up in comparison

Thank you for watching! Underside of the pizza seemed fine. Wasn’t burnt or anything like that. My first couple times using it took some trial and error (still learning to be honest). At first I was using cornmeal on the pizza stone to prevent sticking, but learned I needed to scrape the stone and add more cornmeal after each pizza or else the cornmeal started to burn. The pizza screens just made life easier in that respect. I want to experiment with different doughs, so if/when I do another pizza video I’ll make a point to show the underside to see how it looks.

The ooni does look really cool, I’ve heard good things about them too so don’t thing you can go wrong on one. I’m a big fan of the webers, my first grill was a Weber kettle so I’m more comfortable on it than probably any other grill. So far I’m pleased with the kettle pizza, hoping to use it more here soon once winter passes.

Is the pizza oven "adapter" a custom job or a commercial product?
