NEW LEGO STUDIO DISPLAY with Hundreds of Awesome Sets!

- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 11 ต.ค. 2024
- In this Studio Update we build an EPIC LEGO DISPLAY! The shelves were empty and I had LEGO all over the floor... it was time to change that! The new display consists of sets from all different themes: Batman, Marvel, Harry Potter, Mario, Icons, pirate ships, Avatar, Brickheadz, and much more! In this VLOG I walk through the process of building the display, discuss city ideas, and clean up the largest area in the studio.

I love seeing Josée back next to you working in the studio. You two are a great team.
With this unit/studio you've blown every other Lego TH-camr out of the water. It's refreshing to see this kind of passion for something. Bravo to you sir!
agree
I would agree, but he blown them off long ago without this studio. Specially the days he used to customize his own sets or do the “re-brickable” version of the sets, those were the days.
@@crazytalie64 And hearing people's ideas
@@winterrain1947not really. That was kinda when the downfall happened
@@Failure_Kingdom Errr... reading our ideas didn't cause a downfall that I remember? Paying attention to his followers is what I meant.
You and Mrs. Brixie make an awesome team. I give you both lots of credit for all your hard work especially with two little ones. I’m exhausted and I am just watching all the fun. Thank you for your videos and for sharing family life with us as well. ❤❤❤
With your tall city buildings, I think a river would work better than a mountain. You would have to build a tall mountain or it would just look like a hill compared to the size of the buildings.
A river would allow for more space for LEGO boats, bridge builds to connect the sides, and a quick solution while you figure out a good layout for your city.
while I agree with your point, I still think a mountain would do a better job 'dividing' the city and the country, as it would block the view of each other. I'm sure there will be a river elsewhere. I'd personally love to see a mountain top campsite, or even a ski area.
Crazy how your basement fit all of those sets, but glad to see everything has turned out well, stuff is neatly spaced out and organized!
I'm terrified for your Eiffel Tower again next to that doorway. Perhaps you could move it into the corner of the other showroom where your air purifier is sitting? I do love it on the little table, though. Overall, this is looking so amazing!
YO, you filled up the entire warehouse already LOL - that's insane 😂
I knew it wouldn't take him very long to fill it up. He'll be just as crowded in there as he was in that basement in another two years. Maybe he can just buy one of the next door warehouses though instead of moving.
He has A LOT more space to fill up!
@@VaughnLower we're just playing
@@winterrain1947yea for sure. But it does show how packed in the basement was! He can do that here too!
@@VaughnLower Yes! That basement was just 'stuffed' with lego. How much stuff he had underneath the tables was just insane! Now it's all going to be where we can see it.
Seems like those ikea boxes would be good for Brickheadz stands. The white on white looks cleaner than black on white.
I like the organization, it looks really nice. Great idea about the pop themed area rug for that one space, it would definitely add some good colour to the floor.
Love to see some Belgian beer in the city 🤗. Maybe change the colour from black to white for the brickhead stands?
Josee and you are truly a dream team!!! I love what you all do, very inspiring for our LEGO hobby and more!!!!
Your space looks really good. The way you have spaced Lego items out on the shelves makes them stand out better than when they were all cramped up in your basement.
Hi Bricksie I hope your collection is very secure there as I would hate to see something happen to it. Watched someone else lose their childhood sets recently who has a youtube channel also, they were in a storage room. Otherwise I love what you doing with your new Lego rooms.
I can't believe how you fitted all your Lego into your basement. I love how it's coming together and the Star Wars room is awesome. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the city develops especially with a subway . It will be so cool. Keep building and designing it's awesome x
Miss Brixie is so awesome. Take good care of her, love your content man you're inspiring me every day
I’m intrigued with the whole city and countryside project! The mountains, leaves, slopes, etc is going to be exciting to see be developed.
PS… Wall E and Stitch together are an undefeated duo!
20:50 I do like the fact that when you eventually run out of shelving you could make a center island of shelves in this room
Hi Bricksie. Your displays are looking fantastic. I love the way you can home in and really show off your sets and models when filming. Please may I ask that you spend a fraction longer on a model ,so that wecan inspect it more fully. They all look so beautiful and the lighting really enhances their beauty.
So glad Jose was there to help you today. She really helps you so much!
Looking forward to more great times with you in the Studio.
To be fair, i think while you've filled up all those new shelves, things are spaced much better than in the basement it seems to me. Certainly a much cleaner looking display. Love to see it all coming together!
So amazing that everything got moved over without tragedy. So happy for you guys. Things are looking really nice., I love the shelving units with all the displayed lego. Nice to see Mrs. Bricksie. You guys have done so much work. Looks incredible. Have a great Mother's Day!
Great idea, definately put a rug down, those tiles are kind of letting the room down. Rug would also make it feel more inviting
I dont think those 4 big billy shelves was a mistake in the star wars room. I think they fit well in there.
5:02 I suggest if you want to learn a good way to build mountains, I’d highly suggest watching some of brick crafts videos
The displays looks awesome!
Another idea for the brickheadz would be a wall of brickheadz
A Lego themed rug would be cool
Looking forward to the mountains.
Have you considered using Duplo for the supports under the mountains? The basic duolo blocks can be pretty cheap.
My favorite part is when you and your wife work together. It is heart warming. Not many couples have such an amazing project to look back on.
The display shelves are fire!!! Eventually you should build another Island in that room as well, save those big Pax units for the massive sets.
I’m redoing my Lego city layout and I’m excited for your new Lego city layout for movation
Wow looks so much better in this new layout. Really feels like an organized museum feeling to the way its layed out. You two did a great job keep the amazing episodes coming bricksie team. Ps love your custom brickhead displays over the shelving option.
Looks like you have room for a display in centre of small display room and could expand display size in Star Wars middle.
i love the moutain in the lego city idea you should look up utah mountains for inspiration keep up the amazing work👍
I agree, Ms. Bricksie is very awesome and very beautiful. Good work to both of you!!!! :)
Some of these sets could arguably be incorporated into your city. Like the ships sailing in the ocean, or the other buildings. Have a Hogwarts section, Pandora etc. and you got more Brickheadz in the future to collect, like Legolas and Gimli, and Mirabel Madrigal.
I'm loving the displays so far! I can't wait for you to do all the final touches to thew shelving rooms and begin to put together the Lego city! I cant wait for the new city layout.
So awesome looks like it was this way for months. Great when a plan comes together. Can't wait to see the city rebuilt new!!
love the idea of the mountain defiantly should and some lift to it maybe the Disney castle on top with some trails leading up to it. or add your small air field to it.
Mate, this has all blown away my expectations for what I thought you’d achieve! Congrats! You deserve this in every way!! Thanks for sharing this incredible journey with us!
My husband and I have been watching from the beginning and are loving the progress both in the studio and at home but we have both been wondering why poor Santa is all by himself facing the wall? What has he done to be in the naughty corner for so long, poor guy? 😂😂😂 we’re very concerned!!
I know you want to hang all the Art together in the warehouse, but it would look cool having the Star Wars art in the Star Wars room. If you moved the Eiffel Tower you could put the art on either side of that door.
Best option for a mountain may be to add a wooden frame underneath or use DUPLO which can be cheap if found second hand
Mrs Bricksie is a blessing!
it would be cool to see country side and beach on one side. city in the middle, and amusement park with different themes on the last. You could have themes like harry potter, Star Wars, Batman, medieval, and ect....the theme park would be epic!
One duplo stud fits on a lego 2 by 2 stone.
Solid pillars and large thick plates to act as support structure.
As for mountain range, pick your underwater section(s) as well, Then you can used a underwater effect.
And it looks like you might do a resorting as well, of your pack units, their contains.
Bonjour la famille brickie✌️
Its been a time since i started my semester spring college in Jan. Wow, so incredibal storage you build up to show all your lego sets, and yes very cool looks fantastic to placed all Star🖤Wars sets in their own room. Lovely cool sets as well with Avatar sequal, hopefully cant wait what will release for avatar 3-5, we gatta wait till 2031💙.
Bless to you and Ur family.
Mrs. Bricksie Jose is not only awesome she’s gorgeous too! Love your channel super stoked about the massive studio.
Everything is coming together so well! LOVE the display room! A custom rug like you mentioned would be really cool!
The frozen castle looks excellent in that corner billy case!
Looks so cool dude im loving this setup 😊
1:45 “there’s actually not a lot here”
Man, my collection is really tiny then… 😂
What would look really cool is something I've never seen built in lego before, you could build a Chinese village t the bottom of the mountain and then build the complete Chinese mountain town, their houses and walkways are all built hanging onto the side of the mountain. If you look it up you'll see what iam talking about.
It's all coming together - lovely display!
great displays, you need to bring the batman 1989 Batmobile shelf down one slot and it lines up with the shelves on the two bills to the right.
we love Miss Bricksie , you two get stuff done . keep up the great work . PS I did not think all them sets where going to take that much space in the new shelves lol WOW
19:00 It would be cool, if the tiered displays is the way forward, to embed led lighting in the shelf above. with a drill and a rotary it can be done well and quickly.
Another more thematic solution is to set up a frame of film studio scaffolding in Lego, like in the TV series sets, brick built studio lights, and add LED integration, to get rid of the shadows on the upper rows.
Great display. I have an idea though, how about a black table top for that centre display table. It might make those sets pop even more, also would make their black stands less noticeable.?
This is looking incredible. Not at all how I would have gone about it, but that is great! Really enjoying seeing how this is coming together.
Keep up the great work! I look forward to your daily updates.
I am looking forward to the Lego city and surrounding country side coming together and growing over the next .... years.
Hey it’s really looking clean dude. I’ve enjoyed watching this series. Have you considered doing like a ‘Castle Island’ within the same layout as the city? Maybe a giant sea monster has kept them cut off from civilization for 500 years.
@Bricksie Jordan when you work on the minifigs could you do a few moments on the missing/found ones since it was such a reoccurring theme over the last few months. I’m really enjoying the content either way!
Sets look great on the shelves. So much room and space. Can't wait until the tables are setup to see that awesome city. 😎 🤙🏻
Looking very good!! I would put the death star above the gunship a little lower, I think it would look better.
thanks for sharing! I look forward to your daily updates!
I love seeing you and Mrs. Bricksie back working on Lego together!
Not sure if anyone’s suggested this yet, it’s a combination of ideas I’ve seen in the comments.
I think it would cool to have a huge mountain side in one corner, with the inside of the mountain being visible and you can see mineshafts, train tunnels, secret caves, etc. then the mountain can have a river flowing down into the city that can separate your different sections of rural and city, maybe with some smaller hills throughout to diversify the landscape.
Just my thoughts 🤙🏽 love seeing the progress!
Another amazing day at Bricksie HQ. Just wish I had 5 per cent of your space. Can't wait for the new cityscape
Shelves are looking fantastic!
Look great
19:40 The Brickheadz theme is probably one of the most profitable for Lego based on the type of pieces and the price point.
Such an awesome warehouse 🎉 your black hole is on upside down in tales of the space age, I notice these things because I’m a massive space nerd 😂thanks for the great videos 😊
Wow both these spaces are so cool! I guess this is just the beginning? Center tables? Models suspended from ceiling?
Yes, the sets on the display shelves do look EPIC!
Don't forget about Duplo for internal mountain support as a possibility.
2 coooool awesome lego rooms :) thanks for all this very nice videos.
You wouldn't have a floor level problem if you'd covered up that horrid floor tile in that back room, leveled the floor out and tiled or carpeted the floor.
Really impressive can’t wait to see when everything will be in place
I really like that ceiling. You chose well for our new space.
Turns on lights Flash bang!
Incredible!!
Can’t believe how quickly the space is filling up.
Looks great. I agree that an area rug would look nice.
I've sometimes been abit critcal, but can i just say - watching this journey and what you are doing to that place is impressive.
Hey Bricksie, are you going to incorporate the Eiffel Tower into the new city layout? I know it is not scaled correctly but just curious.
Also just an idea. Have you considered getting some open corner shelves to place next to the pax units in the Star Wars room? I know you wanted to leave space for walking but it might look nice. By now you might just be tired of buying shelves 😆.
If it fits you should move the eiffel tower into the non-starwars room
just checking in its been at least 4 years now. the studio is completely different. amazing.
A rug was what I was thinking right when you said it lol. Looks awesome 👌
Displays are looking incredible! Great job you guys 👏🏻
Can you believe you built all those sets. “Amazing”❤
Hey I remember commenting the centre mountain idea a while ago!
It would be really awesome if that in any way inspired this for you as you inspired me to make my city and channel! Full circle! xD
It's gonna look so good, it'll make taking a 360 walk around the tables epic, you could incorporate levels easier staggering down from the mountains and as you said it breaks up the areas nicely, but will still look awesome in full up on the mezzanine! Fully behind this!
Love your new studio GREAT JOB
Mini ideas (I am in no way saying you've done this stuff wrong, just offering thoughts as I watch):
- I agree with someone else below who suggested the BrickHead change from Black to White if possible?
- Considering you know that those are the general category that can explode and constantly grow expotentially, maybe flip the Avatar displays with the BrickHeads so they can be on the end and more allow room for eventual growth?
Overall, as always, I'm so impressed with both your vision and your work ethic! So much done!
It’s crazy that all that was in your basement it looks quite full already 😅☺️
Thank you for the update! I hope you can get more rest. In the end it makes life a lot easier, and you can enjoy things more. Remember lack of sleep can damage your brain (short-term memory i.a.). You need to sleep to get maintenance work done on the brain cells (cleaning out waste material for example). Take care Jordan.
PS. Just saying in case it might interest you, I discovered a new Lego city TH-cam channel just yesterday, Brick City. His Lego city reminds me a bit of that of Brickcrafts, another German TH-camr, but it's a bit more modern (contemporary).
When you build the PAK units build them in the room because of the door
Love seeing the new studio come along!
YES! Than city plan was almost the same as the one I had in my head 😃
The displays you built for the BrickHeadz works. Stick with success and just build more.
Since you're an Oilers fan, going to go to a playoff game? Should be at least two chances if not more
When you bought all those Billy bookcases, I was sure that you'd have one or two left over... Looks great, though. I still can't imagine how you managed to get all of the Lego in your basement.
The Hulk Buster is 30% off on the Canadian Lego Store. 😉
wow, every shelves are full, , you already need new shelving,
