So true - "depression" sounds so 'hated' & 'negative' and folks these days use it all the time as excuse to not do school or work etc. "walk or joke through nature / tree - the fresh oxygen and air will Light Up our 'negative air' within. There is nothing wrong with you at all - your eyes are 'bright' - all good.
Enjoyed the "down to earth" tour and "less TH-camr type" of hype... I have been to Kyoto 3 times and did not make it to this Zen rock garden Ryoanji - with this video, I will try to make it there and try this vegan dishes you had. Thank you, I miss Kyoto so much. I come every year to stroll and write. I somtimes teach art therapy. Reyoan-ji is my shrine... made many drawings and conteplations there. I hope this fall tourism will be available to travel again. 🙏
