Environmental waste management group: Lean principles for waste minimisation

This webinar will provide an awareness of Lean Six Sigma principles for the attendees so they can proactively consider on their sites to minimize and eliminate wastes. The key overall target is to reducing the potential for incidents and accidents.
The presenter will discuss lean and six sigma tools and highlight waste stream types to create an understanding of how these may come about. The presenter will also consider and detail methods to improve lean thinking around your office or site. The presenter will also provide some tools to systematically improve site operations enabling tangible benefits to be measured and realised.
Overall, the intention is to improve critical thinking about sites and operations, to eliminate or reduce the waste and inefficiency before it can be realised on site.
