Hello PT men. Another quality result. I like the heavy frames and the fresh wheel studs. Should run for years, with a bit of care. Your torch man does nice cuts, as good as most of the shop jobs I’ve seen in decades of steel work. Please give him some grade 6 cutting glasses. Those are cheap and easy to make last a long time. Just don’t touch the lenses. He has good eyes, but not for long with no light or spark blocking. Same concern for the welders. At those voltages a grade 10 lens at least is essential. Those skilled men and the next generation are valuable. Give them a bit of help with equipment please. Good luck.

What amazes me, in all of these videos they do all this work in the dirt, crouched down, with limited tools, no PPE and with scrap usually. I don’t care for their decorating style but damn I give them props for doing what they do with their working conditions.

My concern is the amount of irreversible eye damage..... I once worked in a shipyard.... the amount of accidental I burns was quite high.....so I don't understand how these brave workers are carrying on....

А в редуктора что, масло заливать не будете? А если будете зачем тогда подшипники смазкой набивать?
На иномарках через редуктор непоступает масло, подшипники отдельно смазываются.

We see most Pakistani truck cracked chassis repair videos on twin suspension systems, not on bogie systems like this. I think this design is a better way to introduce lateral axle forces (from cornering) into the chassis

Great video interesting seeing the work but i cringe for the workers safety on many aspects. Closing your eyes when arc welding will not protect them from the harmful effects given off by the arc.

It seems all the trucks on this channel lack style and are a bit boring.. After all the hard work and amazing restoration I wish they would take a little time and consider dressing up the exteriors. They should consider adding some detailed paint or a few decorations so each truck doesn’t look exactly the same! 😉👍
