Police Harass Me #1 (part 3)

Stopped on March 14th, 2013
NOTE: My vehicle IS properly registered. I had a tag on this vehicle that read "PRIVATE". Additionally, my VIN is covered.
I did produce my 'Miranda Card' only. After being detained for 2.5 hours, they all got into their cars and left the scene. Days later, I found out that they (illegally/improperly) issued a BOLO (Be On the LookOut) for me, however, there was NO warrant for my arrest or even any charges files at that time!
Weeks later, I found out on my own that they finally files charges of Resisting/Obstructing to-wit: "refusing to obey legal commands", along with a few other minor traffic infraction tickets. I represented myself (Pro Se) in court and during the trial, got the judge to admit that there is NO law requiring anyone to "obey orders"! - NOT GUILTY!
