Could you tell me if I'd be missing out on something major if I have a 32-bit Windows system instead of a 64-bit, and therefore have to go for the PyMol 1.7.4 (32-bit) instead of the current (new) PyMol version 2.3? If yes, what could be a way out?

sorry, but there are updated versions of mgls and vina, right? Why are you installing these old versions?
1.5.6 was the most updated when this video was recorded but now 1.5.7 is the most up to date version!
