You are right...For example ICICI securities charges almost 0.75% (inclusive taxes etc) for buying and again for selling ! So it is better to invest in a liquid fund rather then etf @@patilsuhas007
I understand your argument , but what i think is that this video is made while considering the hindi English ratio in India. Obviously it's not beneficial for the non hindi speakers. The should be addressing the topic in both languages.

Is etf pe investment karnese paisa kab withdrawal kar sakte hai?? Listing ke bad kar sakte hai ?? Ya phir koi fixed time periods hai???
It will be listed in next one week I think and there is no fix time. You can withdraw in next 10 mins once listed
