I have a question about templating on clickup, i set up an automation on make that creates a task on clickup whenever a booking is sent -- one day before the the due date, an email has to be sent to the customer as ( reminder ), i can't set up a template when -1 day date arrives? should i add another custom field date to the task ? or does it have to be done manually?
Hi, Layla. I have a question. I'm trying to build an online business which if successful would need a small team. I have been using to-do list apps for a long time now, but I'm thinking if I'd eventually need to shift to more complex project managers like ClickUp. I tried using it for personal use, so that I get used to it for the future, but it was too complicated and distracting for me. I mean, it has too many features that I don't need, so they just add to my cognitive load and slow me down right now. I was wondering if you think I should get used to it in case my online business gets successful or do you think I should wait for it to get successful and then shift to more complex systems step by step? What would make me more efficient?
