Very nice video. I have been to Berlin myself, it must have been in 2018 and it was just for two days but it was nice. I was planning to make a journey to Austria but then this whole Corona thing did break loose and changed my plans... Oh well, I'm not sure I could have made it anyway. I mean, It's very much to think about and finding the correct places and trains (even cars) on the right time would have been hard work for someone who is unexperienced. But it would have been so fun... Btw, as a swede I could have sworn that your sleeping car neighbors were from Sweden. Thanks for letting me know.

Small error at 21:00: Not the "Hohe Veitsch (Mürzsteger Alpen)", but the Rax (Rax-Schneeberg-Gruppe). Otherwise: Good video! Nice to see someone going skiing to Austria by train.
it's compensation done by MAV; MAV is lending these cars to ÖBB; the next day these cars will go back to budapest via an ec train vienna-budapest; i guess that compensation balances out the claims between mav and öbb; öbb deploys its own railjets once every two hour to budapest
no; there is money flowing between öbb and mav; each railway company is letting the other railway company running their train cars in its respective country; in the end the number of cars and kilometers run needs to balance themselves out

yes; the berlin-przemysl through were withdrawn and replaced by 2 cars berlin-wroclaw and 1 car berlin-bohumin
