  • Create compelling video using nothing but Apple Keynote. This video shows you how!
Keynote is, first and foremost, outstanding presentation authoring software. But it's also a capable video creation tool. Build your slides, add animation, and record your voice-over narration. Then export your masterpiece as a high-definition video file - all from within Keynote.
Keynote is a great low-cost solution for creating video for your online course, or flipped classroom.

It is such a blessing to listen to someone who speaks clearly, does not try to be a comedian and goes slow enough so people can follow and understand! I subscribed and hope to listen to more of your training videos. Thank you!

Thank you a million times over. I'm actually a photographer trying to figure out how to export my Keynote into video format for an online course. This is totally new to me and I found myself just feeling totally overwhelmed until I found your video. You literally just made my life so much easier and saved me so much headache. It's so rare to find TH-cam videos that are so precise and exactly what you're looking for. Excellent clarity and very intelligently presented. New subscriber.

Great presentation style and articulation, with nice pauses to allow your viewer to reflect and do convenient trials of specific steps on another screen. I watch a lot of educational videos, and yours is among the tiny subset where careful planning for effective use is evident. Congratulations! (Yes, I've subscribed.)

Thanks so much for subscribing! And thank you for the kind words and observations. Inspiring! I used to make educational TV for a living. I'm working to bring that skillset over here, to TH-cam. More content is on the way. Cheers!

Can't thank you enough for this. I'm a junior high social studies teacher trying to figure out how to take Keynotes I've been creating and improving on for years and put them online for virtual school. I was completely baffled when trying to figure out the process myself, but your video made it so clear. During so many videos I've been watching about various teacher tech things I find myself getting quickly lost and yelling at the screen, "Wait! What? Stop! Explain what you just said! No, don't keep going!" But you have such a nice, relaxed style, you don't leave out steps, you make sure to explain everything simply and carefully, and you make the whole experience not only more helpful, but more encouraging and less threatening. Definitely the best instructional video I've found yet, and I'll be subscribing and coming back for more. Thanks again!

Ohh I didn't think of that! I will be defending in just a few months :D I guess that will come handy.
I tried the equivalent with Powerpoint on Mac but it is limited on the Mac version...
Though for rehearsing my dissertation, I can just use the basic recording option.

I have been a Mac user for many years, and you are like a breath of fresh air, showing the features that I have missed over the years. Magic Mike lol. Love it! Thank you soo much. Now I will sit with you a while and learn from this very well put together video. Impressive AND super informative. And of course, I had to subscribe. Awesome job! I feel lucky to have found you! Who knew?!!! Lol.
