This was a wonderful series. Your narration of where you are, what you're seeing and what you're experiencing is wonderful. The two of you blend so well with your conversations. It is such a pleasure to travel along with you. I look forward to more. 👏👏👏😃
Kusadasi has three hundred cruises that dock every year mainly to see Ephesus , the town is very touristy in the holiday season April - October and has a lot to offer with great beaches with promenades massive water parks and so much more . We're from London and have a holiday apartment in Kusadasi . Glad you enjoyed your time out there.
I’ve loved watching this. What a wonderful experience for you and thanks for sharing .ive read about Ephesus in the Bible many times but to see it thru your eyes is cool.
The end of yet another exciting adventure! I cannot say enough how great it is that you take the time to document everything and share it with us. I hope you keep on traveling and exploring new places. A quote we have come to know recently really does apply, "I want to cover the Earth now before the Earth covers me". Keep up the excellent vlogging, be safe, and happy cruising!
Loved watching! I just came back from England in January. There is a LOT to be said for off season travel and I'll seek it out from now on. I went on a 3 day, small group tour..that ended up being me and a private driver. I was the only nutjob wanting to run around the countryside in January! I ended up in the crypts at Canterbury Cathedral entirely alone, walked through Canterbury's city square around 7 am..also entirely alone. Not one thing in London did I stand in line for. There is no bad weather, just poorly planned clothing :) I LOVED those scarves..omg, I would need an extra suitcase!
This was by far one of my favorite series you guys have done! I told my husband about it and this trip is now at the top of my “wanna go” list!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us ♥️
Your meatball is a kefta. A ground meat kebab. It is great with their yogurt sauce. In a pita with lettuce and fresh veggies like tomatoes onions and cucumbers.
I love all your videos! My family and I have only been 6 cruises and want to see the world by way of cruising. We average about one cruise a year. I am in awe at the many cruises you and your family take. Do you have any tips on how we can cruise as often as you and your family? Btw, where did you get your personal luggage tags?
Sorry to hear - I am originally from Turkey so I find it particularly sad that you came across a bad one as most travel guides are excellent! Hope you still had fun - Turkey is beautiful!
Jason's meat is adana kabob, cooked using a metal sheesh that the minced meat is wrapped around. Ephesus is an underrated destination, very rich in ancient history. You were not to far from Izmir but probably too exhausted to visit. My family built a synagogue there several hundred years ago. Wait until you go to Istanbul (one of the most underrated cities to visit and very affordable!) and walk throughout the Grand Bazaar where there are thousands of vendors! If you watched Skyfall, that is where James Bond is riding a motorcycle on the rooftop in the beginning of the movie. It is a massive block! I am really impressed with the Celestyal Crystal's itinerary!
Great video, you’ll find Turkey sells a lot of “ fake gear “ all over the country, from clothes to shoes and handbags,in the more touristy parts, that’s how they make their livings ,looking forward to the next series of vlogs 👍🚢
yeah right Roman ruins, Romans didnt exist in 600BC, the whole western todays turkey belonged to Greece for thousands of years, most even todays cities (including Konstantinopol (Instanbul) ) , were build by Greeks
Mahalo for taking us along with you, I feel way more informed and stoked for our cruise!

We did and would go back to Ephesus for a different experience. All of us in the group agreed he was awful!
They mix the ketchup and mayo together to make a cocktail sauce for the fries. Plus alittle spices. Very popular in Iceland💙🇮🇸
Beautiful place!
Another great vlog !
Very pretty
I really think your tour guide was not very enthusiastic about his job. Alysa, you are a very good guide and I enjoyed your commentary very much.

Sounds like you would have been a better tour guide. You gave a lot of great info. Very interesting.

It's a meatbar!! Lol!😉👍
Sorry about the tour guide but what a beautiful place!
Loved the video. Your bridal shawl would be great on a formal night.
You guys look like Secret Service agents with your earpieces.
