A democratic country should be Run by Politicians who should Represent the ideas of businesses (both small and big - to encourage productivity and innovation) and common people with the Help of bureaucrats (in implementation) and the judiciary (in verification and correction of ideas in implementation of ideas) with a common goal of inclusivity and increasing standard of living of every citizen. In a non-democratic country, the system usually tends to not care about inclusivity (e.g. China) and sometimes even not care standard of living (e.g. North Korea). But sometimes, the democratic system is slow in the rate of increasing the country's standard of living as the inclusivity often involves more stakeholders who take longer to agree on an idea.
