    I appreciate you so much.
    I started to learn magic when I was 13 Years old. But than I stopped practicing for dumb reasons. Some tricks was going through my flesh and I remind my self card tricks. I showed a few tricks on birthday party from friends but I didn't get better because I was not practicing enough. Now 38 Years later I had a little show on the 50th anniversary from my wife's grandparents and I became so much applause and standing ovation. This gives me a big impulse to start practicing again and everyday.
    Hopefully I found your channel cause I love Coin- Magic so much. You show moves and tricks that I never knew before. Hopefully my english is so good that I understand every single word.
    So thank you very much Rick!
    Or like we say here in Germany:
    Vielen herzlichen Dank für dein Engagement!
    👏🏽

    Future videos:
    Would love to see a video about other online resources within the coin community; discussion boards that get deep into the weeds, places to talk about specific coins or moves where that is acceptable, things of that nature. And maybe a how to on how to get into Nowhere without my wedding ring sliding the coin into a less than perfect angle.That last one might be a bit specific.
    Congrats on 6K subs!!! Your channel is growing fast!

    • @RickHolcombe
      @RickHolcombe  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! There really isn't any online resources for that kind of coin discussion. That's one reason I started this channel. I saw a huge void on TH-cam, specifically in regards to coin magic. A lot of guys out there doing and teaching good card stuff, but no coins. And occasionally, those card guys will show some coin stuff. But, I think they aren't always teaching things correctly or performing coin magic well.
      As for the ring, try second finger curl palm instead; its almost the same mechanics to get in to. Or, you could try one of those silicone rings people are wearing. I've even seen them at Walmart in the sporting goods section.

      I don't have a sure fire remedy. I've heard O'keefe's hand cream is good, but never tried.
      Try this if you're just practicing at home, it sounds weird but it works: run hot water over your hands. No soap, just water as hot as you can bear for 30 seconds. Dry off and your hands will be a little puffy and feel loose.
