Walshy, Snip3down, Pistola, Lunchbox and pretty much almost all of the Halo greats recognized that it wasn’t your KD that made you good, it was your W/L (win/loss). Anyone can pad K/D stats, but it’s a whole lot harder to pad w/l, especially in the competitive playlists. TL;DR The guy did good in the video but since he lost and this is Halo 3, it was all for nothing.

They're doing a staggered release starting with reach and then going in chronological order.

I remember when Halo 3 came out, my brothers and I played it RELIGIOUSLY. I’ve gotten every achievement (vidmasters still keep me up at night), recon, I remember the original grifball release. I was there for it all even up until I picked up the sticks agai for fun maybe 5 years ago (got a couple perfections too, still got it :D) and I have to say, from one obsessed fanboy to another, this game play did something to me. Just the way you’ve mastered every aspect of your game, from grenade control (if you don’t know, that’s probably you most important tool) to hill rotation knowledge, even down to which hill to defend and how. (Defending the elbow from @10:00 on is a death sentence if you’re in it, because you have to control the sniper tower as not to be blind sided as you take care of the funnel). Not to mention that insane defending of blue , and you had yellow on a leash as soon as they capped at 149. Smooth as silk. Even the sniper shots when you’re banking them off the the tunnel, you didn’t even get one, but the point was it’s routine, and you have to go for it. I guarantee you’ve hit it several times before. Everything about your play was basically perfect. This game is art and you sir are Picasso. And your art made me weep. It is a crime that you couldn’t perfectly win this game with a second left, as you were getting close all throughout the mid game. Sick fuckin vid

343 is slowly changing everything Bungie implemented. Whether you like it or not, Halo isn't the classic Halo anymore. Honestly, I'd rather play any other Halo than 5 excluding 4.
AYUCMax Halo 5 is a really good game. I like it to play. Warzone, Arena and Campaign (but too short) are awesome. With more maps, forge and gametypes is halo 5 one of the best halo´s (with halo 3). I like the way from 343 but i missed a few gametypes and the brutes.
+AYUCMax Nothing thats new can be considered a classic. It takes something new to make new memories, thats why people remember Halo 2 differently from Halo CE, they play differently. Its nice to see people actually praise Halo 5, and honestly it is a step in the right direction, i just wish there was more of it! But by december with the release of forge, there are bound to be most of the classic game types returning, ready to make some new great memories.
Yeah this guy is definitely good, and he's an excellent sniper and can out-play really well. However, the kids he was playing against were absolute first-time noobs. I mean there were several times where they would walk by an not even acknowledge him at all, much less shoot at him. I actually began to think this was all staged with a bunch of friends or something. Needless to say, his aim and movement was still incredibly impressive. He's a practiced quick-scoper/lightning sniper as well which is always fun to watch (and do, lol).

The problem I have with FatRat and MintBlitz and people like that is that they’re always playing against ridiculously bad opponents. It’s entertaining but I feel like this would never happen 90% of the time.
King of the Hill, a SOCIAL game mode where your MAIN OBJECTIVE is to capture the most points aga.. OTHER teams. 90% players FOCUS more on the OBJECTIVE than popping skulls. Most of these players are NOT COMPETITIVE and LACK SKILL. This video is PROOF of that. Players were caught running past this guy, lagging , being AFK, focusing on the objective, charging the guy at low health, being distracted by another team/ objective, not looking at their radar, being out in the open, charging towards grenades, not realizing other players, not firing back, leaving their back exposed, charging the objective blindly, not getting any of the power weapons, terrible peripheral visions, unable to use their radar properly, careless about the environment, careless about exploding covenant coils, oblivious to gun fire, oblivious to where shots are coming from, using the AR 24/7, and etc. When I was just a child, I was able to get an unfriggenbelievable in a custom match with the same skill level as these social players via hornet. Now that I look back at that moment, I can happily say I did not deserve nor do I care about that medal. I didn't get it the right way so I don't own it. I can make a connection to this, and quite frankly I believe this was a thrown game. This guy didn't even try to get the objective, he was just aiming for the noobs and camping the power weapons spawn. This player is Trump, bungie is their dad, this match was a 1,000,000$ loan.

Dude I'm right there with you, I started playing Halo 1 & 2 on PC when their servers were up but I eventually went to Xbox 360 to finish playing the rest of the games and now the Xbox One to play MCC. I've gotten way more kills in the game before. We had lots of guests over. Lots of parents brought their 9 year old's that day, one was born without a thumb, the other had a broken hand, and there was also a preschooler and toddler that wanted to play. I set up the LAN connection on multiple consoles so that no one had an unfair advantage of host even. It was a king of the hill match on Guardian, oddly enough. I knew they wanted to win bad so I let them win the game of course. I got 200 kills that game. I wish I could have recorded the game in all it's glory. Sorry but your video is not close to my record yet.

They're doing a staggered release starting with reach and then going in chronological order.

I remember when Halo 3 came out, my brothers and I played it RELIGIOUSLY. I’ve gotten every achievement (vidmasters still keep me up at night), recon, I remember the original grifball release. I was there for it all even up until I picked up the sticks agai for fun maybe 5 years ago (got a couple perfections too, still got it :D) and I have to say, from one obsessed fanboy to another, this game play did something to me. Just the way you’ve mastered every aspect of your game, from grenade control (if you don’t know, that’s probably you most important tool) to hill rotation knowledge, even down to which hill to defend and how. (Defending the elbow from @10:00 on is a death sentence if you’re in it, because you have to control the sniper tower as not to be blind sided as you take care of the funnel). Not to mention that insane defending of blue , and you had yellow on a leash as soon as they capped at 149. Smooth as silk. Even the sniper shots when you’re banking them off the the tunnel, you didn’t even get one, but the point was it’s routine, and you have to go for it. I guarantee you’ve hit it several times before. Everything about your play was basically perfect. This game is art and you sir are Picasso. And your art made me weep. It is a crime that you couldn’t perfectly win this game with a second left, as you were getting close all throughout the mid game.

This is what happens when you play on host in halo 3 against really bad players. Halo 3 host was extremely overpowered.
That probably explains why I won a Lone Wolves Swords game with 25 kills and the runner up had 8. I finally got my killing Frenzy achievement though and topped it off with a running riot.

343 is slowly changing everything Bungie implemented. Whether you like it or not, Halo isn't the classic Halo anymore. Honestly, I'd rather play any other Halo than 5 excluding 4.
AYUCMax Halo 5 is a really good game. I like it to play. Warzone, Arena and Campaign (but too short) are awesome. With more maps, forge and gametypes is halo 5 one of the best halo´s (with halo 3).

+AYUCMax Nothing thats new can be considered a classic. It takes something new to make new memories, thats why people remember Halo 2 differently from Halo CE, they play differently. Its nice to see people actually praise Halo 5, and honestly it is a step in the right direction, i just wish there was more of it! But by december with the release of forge, there are bound to be most of the classic game types returning, ready to make some new great memories.

Yeah this guy is definitely good, and he's an excellent sniper and can out-play really well. However, the kids he was playing against were absolute first-time noobs. I mean there were several times where they would walk by an not even acknowledge him at all, much less shoot at him. I actually began to think this was all staged with a bunch of friends or something. Needless to say, his aim and movement was still incredibly impressive. He's a practiced quick-scoper/lightning sniper as well which is always fun to watch (and do, lol).

King of the Hill, a SOCIAL game mode where your MAIN OBJECTIVE is to capture the most points aga.. OTHER teams. 90% players FOCUS more on the OBJECTIVE than popping skulls. Most of these players are NOT COMPETITIVE and LACK SKILL. This video is PROOF of that. Players were caught running past this guy, lagging , being AFK, focusing on the objective, charging the guy at low health, being distracted by another team/ objective, not looking at their radar, being out in the open, charging towards grenades, not realizing other players, not firing back, leaving their back exposed, charging the objective blindly, not getting any of the power weapons, terrible peripheral visions, unable to use their radar properly, careless about the environment, careless about exploding covenant coils, oblivious to gun fire, oblivious to where shots are coming from, using the AR 24/7, and etc. When I was just a child, I was able to get an unfriggenbelievable in a custom match with the same skill level as these social players via hornet. Now that I look back at that moment, I can happily say I did not deserve nor do I care about that medal. I didn't get it the right way so I don't own it. I can make a connection to this, and quite frankly I believe this was a thrown game. This guy didn't even try to get the objective, he was just aiming for the noobs and camping the power weapons spawn. This player is Trump, bungie is their dad, this match was a 1,000,000$ loan.

As long as you don't hang out in the hill it's not as likely you will be killed. Also if you can keep your opponents from getting hill control then you get much longer to try and make the record. Dude I'm right there with you, I started playing Halo 1 & 2 on PC when their servers were up but I eventually went to Xbox 360 to finish playing the rest of the games and now the Xbox One to play MCC. I'm so happy to hear it's going back on PC. Honestly it's the best decision Microsoft has ever made and it's about God damn time.

Good try at 0:40 Grenade work at 5:16 clinical, Tbagging at 7:44 hilarious, the decision to retreat at 10:59 to load and get the easy kill then throw a grenade down the ramp behind you and return for another freebie was veteran a newb wouldn't have done that. The retreat down and back up at 11:33 was smooth the jump toward the enemy to evade forward view was lovely at 11:40. Grenade work out of my playbook. I've gotten way more kills in the game before. We had lots of guests over. Lots of parents brought their 9 year old's that day, one was born without a thumb, the other had a broken hand, and there was also a preschooler and toddler that wanted to play. I set up the LAN connection on multiple consoles so that no one had an unfair advantage of host even.
It was a king of the hill match on Guardian, oddly enough. I knew they wanted to win bad so I let them win the game of course.
I got 200 kills that game. I wish I could have recorded the game in all it's glory. Sorry but your video is not close to my record yet.
