I mean, where’s the unique story within the song? real instruments and talent? I’m tired of hearing that stupid autotune.. Don’t get me wrong though, there are a tiny pick of those songs being made today that I kind of enjoy. And there are a select few more modern songs that I enjoy too, but they were more soulful then most copy-pasted songs that get popular. And no, I’m not trying to be that special snowflake or whatever. I believe firmly that You have to earn that crap by working very hard.

My band does this with the schools approval almost every other Friday because we play home games and gotta build the hype for them. 7th period every home game Friday we march the halls blasting our fight song for like 20 minutes Edit: Not in uniform but in blue jeans and our school band shirt, which we refer to as the Property Of shirt
When I was in highschool, on football game days our drum line (who were amazing) played in the halls in the morning, in between classes, and after school. Homecoming got a more full band playing the fight song. Our schools football team sucked, but our band was awesome and it got everyone pretty hyped. They also did it in the mornings when anyone from our school was going to a state competition for either sport or fine arts. During pep rally days, first few chairs from each section played the fight song from one end of the school to the other, which dismissed classes as they passed. Definitely boosted morale, school sanctioned tho lol
