Birth certificates should not be changed it is a legal document that documents a birth. The sex Male or Female and place of birth and time if you are a multi birth. We fought for years for separate male and female wards and toilets etc this doesn't seem to matter anymore.

They are males and the premise of sports is biology, not self-proclaimed identity. If you don’t want to play in accordance with the standards, don’t participate. Not complicated.

When I went 2 school we learned the following FACTS :
There are ONLY 2 kinds of sperm : X and Y , and ONLY 1 kind of egg : X. And these DETERMINE the genetics of an individual, 4 their ENTIRE life,
If a Y-sperm wins the Conception-race 2 the X-egg, resulting in any type of XY-combo, a MALE is created with the Potential to produce X and Y sperms when reaching adulthood.
If an X-sperm wins the same race, resulting in any XX-combo (LACKING a Y), a FEMALE is created, with the Potential to produce X-eggs when reaching adulthood.

Medical dosing and human biological cellular function could be dangerous if political decisions drive all healthcare decisions. This is not something I see mentioned all that much if ever, but have you actually read how Gender Reassignment is worded in the Equality Act? It uses the term 'proposing'. It effectively means that anyone can claim this protected characteristic with words alone, not the action of actually transitioning. This is the same legislation that gives trans people access to single-sex spaces based on gender rather than sex. The Act is a mess in this regard and it throws women under the bus.
While I don't know if this legislation has ever really been tested I worry that it's an incident waiting to happen. Why is this aspect of it not being talked about?

In other words, the government of the day brought in the Gender Recognition Act which then triggered the Unintended Consequences Act. Then lawyers - whose job is the law and who make money out of interpreting the law AS IT IS ENACTED then are criticised when they argue the meaning of words and make a lot of money out of it - and all the time it is the fault of the legislature for passing poor legislation and not considering the consequences.

Male sports have never been Male-only. They have always been Open to any gender. If a woman is good enough to play and make a male team, then there is nothing in the law stopping that. It is just we made Female only category to assist most women to be successful in sport.
Female players have played in Male or elite competitions, like in Golf. Women just choose not to play in the Open event.
Men identifying as women and "competing" in womens' sports have been shattering sports records already established by women. When such records are exceeded by men identifying as women, they negate the achievements of women.
It is sad that feminists, who "fought long and hard" for the rights of women, say and do nothing to advocate for the protecting of womens' already established achievements.
