We'll start outside with the facade before stepping on to the front porch for more tile goodness, then move through the entry into two lounge rooms and the dining room. it's a biggy!

This home is just stunning as are all your homes. I would love to see a video of anything you would change in your homes (Lana, Bon & Louisa). Not in a negative way just any little things you might of done differently if you did it again. X
Absolutely amazed and in love with all of the three Birds Renov 's content! Their talents, their projects, their personalities, their inereactions btwn them and with others, their building teams and their whole processes everything is just smoothly flowing silk perfection! And honestly as a YT bingewatch addict i must praise the high quality of their editing! The editing staff does such a superb job at highlighting and enhancing everything! The shots are fantastic, the videos are dynamic and mix in the smoothest way many formats like interviews with experts, building steps, results, one to one or group chats, just sooooo good SO GOOD!!!

This reveal made me so emotional! Each corner of this home has been so carefully considered and made perfect which makes it so incredibly special. Truly a beautiful home. Three Birds is the reason why there's so much white in my home. I wanted a off-white floor and everyone said I was crazy but I'm in love with the white floor with the white walls that are now in my home
The double set of artpieces in the two sitting spaces are just beautiful in their own colorpalette for their rooms. I love the color accents they bring into them.
The front of the house made me think of strip mall architecture crossed with mar-a-lago. The interior is like a breath of fresh air.

The chairs at the end of the dining table look good but would not be practical for eating a meal... so low.

Omg same! I like the look but those white chairs are not it! and it feels so tiny compared to the rest of the house. I loved the formal sitting area though, those chairs ARE IT.
Likewise,The grand house needed grand dining.May be the wanted cozy dining
Everytime I watch these vids and see all these people just living their lives without lockdowns and masks I'm just so freaking jealous. They haven't mentioned covid once.

There’s probably a drainage system that leads the water to the safest place for disposal.

The only thing I don't love about this home is the lack of green space around the front door. The heavy black paving just feels like a giant parking pot in the front of the home and doesn't feel particularly inviting. If they had opted for white paving or just a little landscaping at the front, it would have been softer and more inviting.
Completely agree. Very strange choice. This stunning home & you basically see black cement when staring at it. Building this home from ground up & can do ANYTHING as money is clearly a nonissue-Hard, NO.

First i just wanna say; i dont know squad about architecture, nor how to spell it, but wouldn’t it be smarter to build the house on a hill with all the floods?
If it was built in a flood zone, the local council would have made the house be built up. I'm sure there's adequate drainage at the front.
What if it rains and the water goes down to the house ?
There’s a huge strip drain at the top of the stairs to catch the water.

Loved this - as always, but some of the interiors were hard to see, the rooms seemed too bright during filming. Other than that - so glad you girls are back!!!
