- Pop the bubbly gang, it's the LAST HURRAH for House 10!
It's been a HUGE project for us… with so many firsts: our first collaboration with the amazingly stylish 'fourth bird', Sophie Bell, our first new build... won't be the last and our first out-of-town project... might be the last #exhausted!
In our final episode we'll show you the Peppa Hart home office, where all our Three Birds digital design magic happens, the facade of the house #frontdoorgoals, and the best bit of all…. we keep the cameras rolling when Soph, Bell, Hendrix and baby Peppa go through the finished house for the first time #tearjerker.

I really would love to see more of Erin she seems so lovely but she is mostly in th background compared to Bonnie and Lana. Maybe seeing more of what she does would be interesting as well?

Also I'm very aware that you are a busy bunch with all of your ongoing projects but I'm sure I'm not the only one that would love to see a ThreeBirds office tour. We've seen a few glimpses here and there and it looks absolutely gorgeous and I'd love for a walkthrough of inspo, where things were bought from etc.

Many different designs for each type of project are also included. Choose whatever type of shed or storage house is right for you. Pick from fancy ones or more utilitarian designs.

these houses are so beautiful but i don’t understand why the can have such big spaces but give the kids such small bedrooms
Thanks for the feedback :) We did 4 x 4m kids rooms as they have their own lounge/tv space in the media room so we thought it would be better to give them their own tv area instead of making their rooms slightly bigger. Also been on acreage they are outside 24/7 x

The size of the kids' bedroom are fine! I mean why would you stay in your bedroom if you have a pool and great outdoor spaces...

To be fair kids are supposed to grow up and move out eventually. A house that’s paid for my the parents should be a gift to the parents for the hard work. You raise and nurture a child to find their own way not stay up under you forever. Should they design the rooms for their kids future husband and wives as well?

It's very beautiful. But I am always baffled when I see how big the master bedroom and representative areas are and how tiny the kids' rooms are.
Maybe coz kids will grow and probably move out, have their own forever homes..
@@user-pz2tq7rf4b yeah after 17-20 years. Also they are both still quite small, need loads of room to move and for their toys. I know it's a personal preference but it just doesn't look like a family home... To me personally at least.
They only really need bedrooms to sleep in.. the rest of the house has so much space for them to play and relax in
@@orlameehan5502 Of course. Every family lives differently. I'm just saying that it surprises me, especially for a young family. And of course when the children are older than 10 they will need their personal space for more than just sleeping. I am curious if small rooms for children were a conscious choice or not.

Sure if you want to be greedy they are small. But I think they a great size! (I grew up in a teeny tiny room that barley got a twin bed) Especially considering they have a huge home overall and lots of land outdoors. Seems unnecessary to have giant rooms as well. They are blessed with what they have.
Vanessa I do agree with you. What a waste to give them giant rooms when they will spend most of their time running around outside and enjoying such a beautiful house

My favourite room in the house is the wash room, it just makes you want to do laundry. So pretty and love the tiles.

Loved the house. Loved to see all that wood THAT IS NOT PAINTED as other people do, and thad pink creamy concrete left just as it is and the lay out, and loved the look and that mediterranean look but that is not like "dineyfied" mediterranean

Not sure why so many people are complaining about the size of the kids rooms when the average child leaves home the first chance they get. Most contractors even advised to make the other spaces in the home larger and keep the kids room small enough that they are comfortable because you normally end up still paying the mortgage with unoccupied rooms.
I agree. When I was a kid, I had to share a bedroom with my brother. I would have been thrilled to have a room of my own regardless of the size.

To me, white = gesso. I keep looking at these wonderful homes and thinking, "once they're painted they'll look spectacular." I hope you eventually work with color.
I agree! I respect that they love white and that's their aesthetic, it just feels flat and unfinished to me. And Bonnie is so wild with her tile choices! I wish they embraced that boldness through wall colors and furniture as well.

I LOVE the all-white concept, but the white floor around the pool area is going to be VERY hard to keep clean unless you paint it every other month.

Beautiful home! I'm not sure on the exterior finish though as at 6.32 you can see that the finished render is not flat depending on how the light hits the surface at that particular time of day.
