"I do ship to the US". now I'm scheming
I told you!! Tell me what you want :)
Leafy St likes good content.
Oh he sure does!
I love how often you do reptile room updates! I'd definitely watch a mourning gecko video!
Thanks! I feel like some people are a annoyed by how often, but I think it’s awesome to see the progression
This tour is awesome from beginning to end I couldn’t stop watching not even for a minute. Can’t say that about every room tour I’ve viewed. Yours are the most thorough of anyone’s🙂👍 I am impressed by your choice of species. So interesting
Thanks so much for the kind words! We put a lot of effort into the room and the room tour!
love these videos so much! they keep getting better and better!
Thanks man! They take FOREVER to film, but always a good time!
Your cage setups are really amazing!!! You got good sills building them for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Kyle! We put a lot of time and effort into our setups. Thanks for watching!
I'm so happy to see your smaragdinuses! I got a pair a couple of years ago and I had to dig around deep for info😂 They should definitely become more common, they are awesome little guys!
Right? There’s like no information about them. They are fantastic!
Coffee! Loved the tour. You have very special animals.😍
Thanks for watching the whole video!
I love these videos man
Glad you enjoy them! Always a pleasure to make
I love Lark's colors!! Greeen and chocolate combo is my favorite chahuoa!
Ya she is stunner!
Great video. I’m really looking forward to the takydromus care guide.
Thanks! I am super excited to make it!
yay ur so close to 100k subs keep up the reptile loving work🐢
I’m so close!! I’ll be hitting it this year!!
Nice tour Mike. Like the way the room has turned out. Just curious as to what happened with your Bradypodion Chameleons?
Unfortunately they didn’t take the move well and passed away shortly after moving to Ontario.
@@MikeTytula Ah mike I'm sorry to hear that. Very sensitive animals. I hope one day you find yourself a nice pair of Chameleons that you can have some success with
Me as well! I cant wait to keep chameleons again someday.
Increíble colección amigo! Un abrazo!
Thanks for watching!
This is so cool I have to say
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed
nice tour.
Thanks for watching!
Leeeeeets goooooo!
Enjoy!!
Good luck 🍀
Amazing 🤩
Glad you enjoyed!
Great video as always. Would love to see hognose and mourning gecko videos.
I will definitely make that happen when they come out of brumation
I love everything about the beaded gecko tank including the geckos!
Just wait until you see the next version!
Absolutely amazing🎉 I e got a sun room in my house that I'm turning into my reptile room 5 enclosures and counting your and inspiration 🎉❤😮
That could be really cool!
These tanks are awesome! Where did you get your species stickers that are on the enclosures? Would LOVE to add these for my collection :)
Thanks for the kind words! Cloud forest designs
New Mikey video, yaaaay!!!
Heck ya! Glad you enjoyed!!
A Takydromus care video and the mourning gecko video would be great!
Awesome! Thanks for the feedback!
Hogs are the best. So cute and mine are quite social 😊
They are very cute and are typically fairly well mannered hahah
Takydromus sp. We’re always on my wish list now on the top !
They are wicked little lizards!
So cool. @Mike Tytula Are all of these tanks bioactive?
For the most part, yep!
I remember when you were talking about moving to Australia
Still would be one heck of a dream
I can tell that you love your animals. #subbed
I certainly love the animals!
Minty minty mint 🌱
Thanks for watching!
I have a exo terra enclosure almost like the one you have rat snake in I'm decorating it now how did you secure that branch in there on the angle ???ilove the look n want to do this in mine 🐍
Bree spent hours finding the right branches and fitting them into the enclosure in a way that would allow no room for movement. No real secret to it, just taking a lot of time and testing them from all angles.
Yes cool cool
Yes to what? Haha
What do you guys use to seal wooden enclosures gotta build a couple big ones come spring and can’t seem to be able to find a straight answer from anywhere
Depends how much water proofing you are wanting. We use varathane for a light water proofing
Man, I've literally never seen a Lavender hognose actually look purple until THIS video. Holy moly that last snake you showed is really gorgeous purple. Also idk if its celestial enough but name recommendation: Uriel (the archangel) ❤️
I like that name, but Bree doesn’t 🥲. Ya the monestone is gorgeous, and she hasn’t even shed yet!
It do be like that. Finding the perfect name is hard 😩
It certainly does haha
That is the brightest purple hognose I’ve ever seen. Beautiful
Thanks for the kind words! It showed up really nicely on camera!
awesome! I wish i could keep that many cuties, sadly no space :D
It's definitely not for everyone hahah.
Takydromus are awesome. I am between getting some of them or Green Keeled Lizards
I’d pick Takys all day, but I’m biased hahah
Your vids are fun and educational. I would love to buy some dart frogs from you, I’m in Texas, US. Would you please provide a link to your store? Keep up the great work!!
Unfortunately, dart frogs are CITES meaning they are extremely hard to ship to the US.
We’re did you get those cool information cards you put on the front of the tanks?
They are from cloud forest designs.
My immediate thought for a name for the Moonstone Hognose is Aurora for the northern lights similarities. Amazing animals and enclosures that I can only hope but to create at some point in my life.
I really like Aurora but Bree doesn't :( Thanks for the suggestion and the kind words.
Hey Mike I was watching your video on one of your reptile tours and u said 1 can of spray foam is 30 bucks in Canada, what kind of spray foam is it just regular spray foam or a special type of spray foam
Those are the bigger cans of black foam specifically. The cheaper foam is still something like 22$ plus tax
Hey mike I found a really cool species from Australia called heteronotia binoei I reckon it would make a great addition to your collection
They are really neat! Worked with them for a while at a place I worked and while they are cool, not something we are looking to add
Pretty cool setup, only have 2 bearded dragons and a Green Day gecko but hope to get many more
Thanks! Maintaining a large collection, even if that means 10 or so animals, is a challenging task. Just make sure you are ready for that kind of commitment :)
Black-Breasted Leaf Turtles are definitely a species on my bucket list. I keep watching your channel with hopes they’ll have some viable eggs (and hope you ship to the US!)
*Edit; I spoke too soon, just heard you do ship to the states, sooooo...*
Ya we do ship the species that are possible to ship, Canada has some weird laws regarding turtles so still unsure if they will be able to be shipped
Not sure if you noticed but 18:20 you put the Latin name for the black breasted with the dart frog
hahah ya I had that pointed out to me by a friend. Nothing I can do about it now haha
Thanks leafystreet
Thanks to him for what? Haha
awesome video! I have one question though, Where is the savu python?
hahah dang it someone noticed! Him and Cardinal were both hiding so I cut them out of the video haha
@@MikeTytula ohhh loll!!! I was worried that y’all maybe sold him 😂
No no! He’s my pet haha
Sorry if I'm missing something but what happened to your leopard gecko striker
I believe I had him in this video haha
I was wondering your thoughts on a moss plant called rose moss for dart frog bioactive enclosure
Can you provide the scientific name?
@@MikeTytula Rhodobryum ontariense(rose moss)
Would likely do alright!
For the moonstone name I suggest Selûne. I've clearly been playing too much Baldur's Gate III. LOL
Interesting! I wonder how to pronounce it hahah
That vietnamese leaf turtle, love to get one...
Ya they are really neat little dudes!
The moonstone hognose made me think of the name Nova
That’s a great name but we have a friend that had a dog named Nova, so can’t use it
Hey Mike, where do you get the stickers on your cage from?
Cloud forest designs
Thanks boss! @@MikeTytula
No worries
Are the Chahouas in 12x12x18’s?
They are currently, yes.
I have a group of 6 takydromous sexlineatus living together happily, In the UK. What temps did you Incubate your eggs? I have no incubater but one is carrying eggs
What size tank to you have them in? And we incubate at room temp (about 73° avg)
@MikeTytula the 90 long exo terra style tank but 'habistat' brand. I'm not sure if you have that brand in us / Canada but very similar. Its larger than what they were kept in the reptile shop (by alot) so I bought them all and I've given them much more environmental enrichment, lots of Chamaedorea elegans plants which they love. They feed well and zero signs of aggression or territorial behaviour.
In fact, now that I added more to my existing 2 they seem to be eating more, showing more social signs and more boldness. They definitely belong in groups (my personal experience and observations)
As you've said, I can find hardly any information on them or anyone that actually keeps them and they were very cheap so I am learning as I go. 2 of them definitely look pregnant though and the guy in the shop found 2 eggs in there but didn't have much information to give me.
They are an amazing species full of character and definitely deserve more recognition.
Oh that is awesome to hear! When we have a bigger space I’ll be upgrading these guys for sure!
What is that plant that you use for the Takydromus at 26:30?
For the fiji? I honestly can’t remember what the name of the Fijian grass is.
@@MikeTytula Oh its a grass? Thought it was some kind of ficus. Thanks though, knowing that its a fijian grass will help narrow it down.
Ya technically a grass, I can see if I can find the name of it. I might have mentioned it during the build video of the tank if you want to go check it out
I like your shirt Mike
They are on a big black friday deal if you check the link to intotheam in the description
thanx, I saw that. I commented before I finished the video. I like the one with the palm tree's too@@MikeTytula
Consider getting some through my link! They are definitely worth it!
mourning gecko video would be appreciated
Awesome!
Extra purple hognose should be names amethyst
She said maybe haha
Hehe I can have those tho 😂
Can have fijis?
When will you be around the chicago area again?
October for the tinley park NARBC
How do you clean the inside of the glass?
Elbow grease, vinegar solution and a foam pad
Do you happen to have Twitter?
I do, I dont use it much though. Best place to chat is instagram
@@MikeTytula I purchased a marcgravia sintenisii clipping and have it in a small clear Tupperware container with moss bedding and a few pinholes under a grow light.currently it's started a couple of root shoots along the length of the stem maybe half an inch.my question is should I keep it in there longer or should I transplant it to my dart frog bioactive terrarium?
@@BurningBeard85 I would probably make the transition sooner rather than later, especially if it has just began to grow. You don't want to shock it too much as that plant can take quite a while to get going.
@MikeTytula ok will do.one last question about transferring to terrarium.with my darts hopping around everywhere,I worry about them knocking it down.where ever I decided to plant it should I keep it in place with some wire as well as the moss until it begins to root?
Ya that will work, I just recently posted a vivarium build video where in one the clips I show how I plant most of my plants.@@BurningBeard85
I hope that reptile expo wasn't in a city that rhymed with Nottawa >_>
Nope hahah it was the Toronto one
i dont understand why cant Americans have green iguanas. I just ordered on from a very popular vendor a month ago, and my local pet store sells them. I think its just Florida.
They can have green iguanas... just not fijian iguanas.
How about the name Quasar pronounced ‘quay-zar’ or Nebula
I will see what she says!
Your electric bill must be so high 😭
It added about 100$ when I moved in.
Man I envy this so much, where I live I can go to jail environment crime just for holding a snake or lizard for long, getting a exotic pet is nearly impossible.😮💨😒
Are you in Costa Rica?
Orong Orong 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What?
The lizard, at Indonesia its called Orong Orong, you can google it :D @@MikeTytula
Orong Orong Lizard @@MikeTytula
Which one?@@reedonez

.
Thanks?
Where all the snakes
I explained in the video :)
Where do you get your pet info stickers for the tank? They look preem
Cloudforest designs, but I know there are plenty of other options on the market now. Specifically on Etsy and stuff
