    It’s good to see the bts stuff with you. Most of the other shows just present shiny stuff never broken. You show us the real deal about going 4 wheeling and this is what I find the most interresting about your Channel! Cheers from Canada!

    I wish we had Techs like Travis in the UK. People who actually seem to enjoy what they do rather than just making money off you. Keep it up guys.

    PDP seems like an upstanding business and the folks there look to be true professionals. I'd take my truck there if they weren't on the other side of the world.

    Just had the NPC clutch fitted up last week & whilst I gasped at the cost I also got to say that it’s the sweetest thing going.... gentle touch with the reassurance of the biggest hold on the aftermarket market.
    Have a great trip and keen to see the suspension wrap up as I’m wondering whether I’m in the same place....
    Thanks for all the hours of content too, Ronnie. Must be a labour....

    Hey Ronny I’m a lawyer and I’ll go to bat for you, if you get sued for defamation. Having said that, don’t worry about naming and shaming if what you say is based in truth. Truth is a complete defence for defamation under these circumstances. If you want me to review any transcript before you publish be my honour buddy. Just email me.

    Maybe you could do a short Video about Travis's tool kit that he takes with him. Would be kinda interesting to see what the actual mechanic carries.

    What would be interesting to us all is a compilation of all the cost involved. I think that many have no idea of how expensive it is to have a vehicle like yours and the cost involved to go 4wheeling like you and your mates are doing. Thanks in advance.

    Another top video from you Ronny!! That shaft was f%&@#d!!! Whoever did your suspension needs a lesson in geometry!! Anyway, I personally love your longer trips away with a video each Sunday to watch, but either way, as long as you're posting your great videos i'm happy! I think i speak for most when i say this. Thanks again mate! Enjoy your next trip.

  • @mountainconstructions
    @mountainconstructions 6 ปีที่แล้ว +9

    Travis is great. Let him have a few more speaking parts where he is not interrupted.
    He does explain things in a logical, calm, step by step manner.
    Shame about your suspension, really, you have been putting up with it for that long?
    That outfit needs to be named, or at very least, what was wrong with it needs to be explained so others can avoid.
    Nice to see the rig getting some Maintenance
    Diff, Gearbox and Transfer case oils are so easy to do, no excuse not too.
    The difference is so noticeable.

    It is pretty sad how many "custom" shops have no idea of what they are doing and even worse, purposely trying to rip you off.

    Great video Ronny! I hope your new suspension works a treat. The reality is you think I have plenty of time before going a way and the next thing you know it has arrived and you still have stuff you need to do. It is the reality of traveling.
    I just wished I could go on a trip with you it always looks like so much fun. Maybe some day I will have my Bt-50 setup and can do one of your tag a long tours. Keep up the great work and showing us this beautiful country we live in.

    Install some Old Man Emu, they've been doing 70 series Suspension since the 1980's. Some companys make it look hard...

    I noticed the same issue with my front tail shaft hitting the sway bar with 3" Lift kit from EFS. I ended up swapping the 25mm sway bar drop blocks that came with the kit to 50mm blocks which gave plenty of clearance. Surprising how may main stream suspension kits etc are not fully tested and correct.

    • @Ronny_Dahl
      @Ronny_Dahl  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I think the kit might have worked fine if the correct installation and correct size parts were used.

    Nice
    video Ronny. Just a hint, since you have rear leaf springs, try using Roadmaster
    Active Suspension kit, we will feel the difference. Their web site is activesuspension.com.

    I'd LOVE to know which shop botched your suspension.............also, unfortunately after 4.5 years action would be difficult to take with these guys, but I'd love to know if you ever brought up these issues with the shop soon after the install when you noticed issues......or was it a case of it being too hard to pin point until this discovery came along?
