That's a fair criticism and I will take into consideration. I try to include gameplay footage as much as possible, so I would appreciate your feedback on where exactly in this video I should have added more. Generally I don't show gameplay footage when I'm talking about unrelated topics, like lawsuits or business dealings. Also, because of the pornographic nature of the games I wasn't going to show the footage. Granted, it's with Atari 2600 graphics, but still. They got...creative in how they represented stuff in those games. If you haven't seen the AVGN episode about it it shows it in all its uncensored (and unmonitzed) glory. Which is why it isn't available on his main channel.
@@mritchywrath It really started to stand out to me at 6:27 to 6:34 and 6:52 to 7:13. I would have enjoyed seeing some shovel-ware games running with a subtitle of the game name instead. You are indeed talking about social dynamics at that point, but the video title is shovel ware, so showing some more games titles would have been relevant to the overall topic. The script was good, and I listened to the end. It was a good explanation of the 84 crash. I'm personally interested in seeing all the games I've never played and don't have to time to play, so I mostly watch videos about games and what's good or bad about them. I understand about the explicit games, that wouldn't be allowed.

Been watching your vids since the FFVII video and love this series, pissed that many people have been watching it
It's been creeping up. And the FF7 video was out for almost a year until it starting getting lots of views.
And so we begin the 1983 crash.
Yessir.
Same thing is happening in 2024
Both on Steam!
13 years old jack black/??!!!!
Handsome little devil, ain't he?
I'd prefer to see clips of video games of the era rather than generic filler clips. I mostly watch these videos to see the games.
