I just put these on my bow too. I also re checked brace height and tiller because of the different sound. Mine make the same muted/subdued “pluh-dunk” that Im hearing on your vid. I do not have the tungsten damping. 6” extender, 27” long + doinker and 6oz. 12” side rods 4oz on doinker. 45deg flat. Can’t wait to try them outside. The taper looks much more extreme in person than online. They are TINY at the ends. I Need to experiment without doinkers too. I can’t tell yet if I will miss the hummmmm of parallel rods. I really liked the k2v2 for this kind of feedback but traded them in on these. Thanks for the great vid 👍
I tried both. If you're running more than 10 ounces vektor is better bit anything less V4 is the best on the market. They are wicked light and skinny but I still love my Vektors
I'd love a set of these, everyone seems to like these, but the cost is a bit eye watering compared to what I paid for my Revels 18 months ago. I'm probably better off sinking that money into some good coaching sessions.
Hey all, I just started using 3 under on a Trad bow and after I shoot 8 or 10 arrows my bottom adjustable nock point slowly spins down the bow string from glove contact. I just tied these on and they were VERY tight until after about 30 arrows. Should I glue it in place or maybe tie another non-movable nock point below it. Just in case I need to adjust for some reason? Have any of you run into that before?
Coming back into archery after so many years (since 2014), I really need to understand all these "new" brands. In my day, we had Doinkers, HMC+, Easton, a brief stint with FUSE Carbon Blade and a few lower-mid tier stuff from cartel, fivics etc. Personally, I feel like these Ramrods should be put up head to head against Doinkers and Easton Halcyon/Contour CS, because the underlying principles of fat to really thin seem about the same.
Hey Jake! For this next video can you also make a comparison between using an extension vs not using one? I use the Steady Aim device and have found that my stability is just better if I don't use an extension. Thanks!
Hey Jake, do you have any video on how to adjust the VBar? Because there are times when some of my short rods is more open than the other or one is higher than the other. A video on the subject would be tremendous.
Beast if you need to put a ton more weight on the ends. V4 otherwise. And actually, to save some cash, the K2V2 are fantastic and more than enough stabilizer for the majority of us.

Great review! How would you compare the v4 and the Vektors?
Im interested in the same. I went with vektor over the v3. I felt the v3 were a little floppy. So compare the v4 va vektor would be great
Tak!
Thanks for the SuperThanks!
Hi Jake, would you consider sometime in the future doing a review on the Easton X10 parallel? Thanks!!
Hey Jake, Would you prefer the Ultra V4 or the Vektor?
I tried both. If you're running more than 10 ounces vektor is better bit anything less V4 is the best on the market. They are wicked light and skinny but I still love my Vektors

Im planning to get a Avalon Tec X Maxx 13mm Stabiliser With Damper to try (for about 80), to play with, out of my vast personal wealth !
@@colingregory7464 Those Avalon’s do look to be really good value, I wish they’d been around when I bought my set before the Revels.
In my limited experience, it's been a 10:1 ratio....$10 in equipment is the equivalent to $1of coaching
Would you consider doing a deep dive on shot feedback and how it relates to equipment choices?
It would be interesting to see if there is any difference in stability between the different rods especially in the wind
Just got some, waiting for the weight because they use the bigger thread.
Thanks for this review!

hey jake, i wanted to ask about what do I have to do to get your video coaching?

I'm curious about that too!

I think he does have a video on it or it’s In one of his other Ramrod videos
Compared with beast, which one will you choose? V4 or beast?

They sure do look sleek
