    I like your recipe, but I like to prebake my botton crust for a few minute. It keep crust from tasting doughy. It also keep botton dough nice when you do full bake, what you will achieve is a nice textured bottom crust.

    This looks so yummy! Is there any way to get more crust in this cobbler? Can we put pieces of the crust in the peach mixture?

    • @CamirrasKitchen
      @CamirrasKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would actually just make the bottom and top crust thicker. pre bake the bottom crust so it wont go soggy.

    • @CamirrasKitchen
      @CamirrasKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      or you could even use the peaches, but do a biscut crust like i did in my starwberry cobbler video.

    Good morning! Im about to get started on this right now. Did you use light brown sugar or dark brown sugar? Can you also tell me when it's appropriate to use each of them? Thank you!

    • @CamirrasKitchen
      @CamirrasKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      you can use either. i typically use light, but you can use dark brown sugar if you want a more rich molasses flavor. either can work in this recipe.
