City Lights from the major city landmarks. Really good place to dine out for night time gathering. Ample carpark spaces as there's a lot of expats rental demand and no fighting for carpark units (i got 3 cars parked inside without problem). Units are rented out easily within a month. A very good mix of locals/expats residents forming the management team, who are very practical and with lots of wisdom in dealing with matters of the estate. Residents wise, alot are well-heeled executives, business owners and retirees living in the 4 bedders. All observed a sense of decorum with each other and are considerate even when hosting events. Night time after 8pm, you can hear the pin drop from your level. No main road noises as this is a side road.
