It was Ellie’s little selfs dream to help young people with their mental health and despite not being a psychiatrist videos like this do just the same. She has helped me through so many tough times whenever I’m having a bad day I’ll search for any video of hers I haven’t watched or rewatch one of my faves and she unknowingly helps me through it and I’m definite that I am not the only one. Her younger self would be so proud 🫶

I lost 70lbs due to stress, it’s literally so triggering having people ask me how I lost the weight😅 It’s been a process learning how to respond so I don’t make others uncomfortable or think that I’m encouraging how I did it😅😭 I don’t recommend it, it affected my health and it was all from stress and forgetting to take care of myself don’t do it that way please I wouldn’t wish it on anyone

Also in regards to repetitive line worker jobs. My first adult break up happened the day after Thanksgiving, I had to move out of our house and say goodbye to our dog and we had been planning to get married and have children and I thought my life was OVER. 8 or so months later, I had this moment recently of IMMENSE gratitude that that man released me to freedom and to a life that is so much better on the other side.
