hey joseph bro u are great as a coach and a fighter.i havent yet seen all ur videos im a kiickboxer i thinik im a pretty decent one too now tryinig to transition to mma too. As a K.Boxer i get that i can low kick my opponent to death wiithout getting blocked.but the thing is before going out most just block the low kicks desperately.except low kickin the back leg i often do a delayed low kick where i lift my knee up and just wait them tryiing to block and when the block goes down i kick em hard.whats ur opinion in thiis trick ?
    thanks for the vids

Thanks for sharing, will part 2 go more into the shin contact areas for the kick like high, med, low shin contact points and where not to impact the shin. After the Anderson and Tyron shin breaks I've abandoned the low kick while sparring. I just use more of a karate round kick and more front push kicks. That's why I asked those questions in the previous post. I know I'm missing a lot of opportunities not using to low kicks. So many people just say blast through but after seeing that it puts that it's happened at the highest levels of the sport thought in your head, then I pull the trigger at a small show and destroy my leg, I guess I'm just stuck on the mental aspect and need to get past it.

Robert Cain You also have to remember that's it not just what you do but when and how and why you do it. Anderson Silva got sloppy and didn't set up his low kick. You can watch it if my memory serves me right he was leading with that low kick along with it being more of a cut kick with an upward angle. Also getting your opponent to put his weight on that leg is a very big help. You can kick by timing his weight on that leg, you can make put it there by tricking him to commit his weight on that leg or you can make him by actually making him put his weight there (ex.the heavy left hook/push into a right low kick). if you're advanced you can even fake the low kick and when he checks you use footwork or hop to close and kick the rear leg. Hope this helps man great luck in your training and passion.
