I'm pretty sure you don't have to be super rich to go experience that. Basic geography would explain why this area can offer a restaurant like this make plans and go quit letting money get the way.

I just want to thank you again for this channel. Many who have the opportunity to do what you do would not share like you do - yet the chance to share, even vicariously, in your experiences means a lot to me (and I suspect a lot of others).
We live in difficult times, but the way you walk us through what you get to do speaks to me of generosity - the opposite of simple self-indulgence.

Amazing and really astounding. Maldives' breathtaking natural beauty is beyond praise. really lovely surroundings Everything is quite lovely. It's as though Mother Nature has loved this place. Just go there and take in all the natural beauty you can. The locals protect the environment as if it were their own lives.

I can never eat seafood at that underwater restaurant while looking at those magnificent sea creatures. I’d have a salad bread and endless wine ☮️
For the $295, I'd have to insist that I point out the fish I wish to eat, and watch the kitchen staff dive in and spear it for me.

@@Khairuddin313 I suppose it’s because there aren’t too many tourists and a person who is visiting and wants peace and quiet, can do so. I’ve been to Hawaii, the Cook Islands and New Caledonia and there are too many people on these islands that it doesn’t feel like a relaxing vacation. I’ll never be able to afford a trip to the Maldives, so I watch the vids and dream what it would be like to be there. It’s a pretty nice dream. And you’re right, there are a lot of other spectacular islands on earth, but there’s something about the Maldives that has a hold on me.

Ah, my wife and I dined at this restaurant a couple of times on our honeymoon. Breathtaking. Not a lot of conversation and I’m sure the food was good but I just can’t remember! We were both simply mesmerised.

Lakshadweep is cheaper, more beautiful, liberal and people are super friendly ✅✅✅
Interesting you say that. Sure it was expensive, but the resorts are all awesome and vary in price…you pay for what you get. The locals on the smaller islands (didn’t get to Male) were lovely and very friendly. As for Islamic restrictions? Well there are cultural differences everywhere you go. Like India. Expect them and respect them and you won’t have a problem.@@darkdragonspinaki
