- A quick video of a few locations inside The Paramour Estate aka Hillcrest Academy from Halloween H20 and Milton's Mansion from Scream 3.
The Paramour Estate in Los Angeles, Ca is a place I've been wanting to see my entire life specifically because of both films being a major part of my love for movies. This was a dream to see.

This is great. I love both Halloween H20 and Scream 3. My older brother took me to see them in the theater when I was a kid. Good times. He passed away not too long after

There's a great shot in Scream 3 of Parker Posey running away from ghostface inside the spiral staircase that faces the pool courtyard. In the movie that was supposed to be a secret passage accessed from the second floor hallway behind a painting.

I think all 3 seasons of Charm School was filmed here. A bunch of other reality shows too.

This was so cool man. Is it easy to get a house tour of the estate?
New about these 2 films sharing this "school" but had no idea that where Dewey and Gale were tied up was the exact room/space where the table flip scene in H20 occurred! Also looks like the door inside the gate where Hartnett and Williams were trying to escape was swapped on the 2 walls. Movie magic, done for filming?
I was also surprised by the table flip/DeweyGalen tied-up room!
My chemical romance recorded black parade here and had a couple of hauntings happen to them.
