Hi Sam!! Love your videos & I've made lots & lots of your jewelry. No worries about the pitter patter of rain. I live south of Houston, Texas, USA, & we just got pounded by hurricane Beryl. In terms of the mandala, I love chainmail! It’s so fun but does need precision. I’m just waiting for some bits that are the right size and I’ll make mine (I messed up my middle 😂). Please keep showing us what you love - I love to try new things and get out of my comfort zone. Hi Sam, I loved the mandala. I haven't attempted it yet, nevertheless, I will be doing it. Gin, another jewellery maker on her mentioned you today.

Gin is so lovely and we’ve emailed back and forth regarding her projects. What she does is just beautiful. I’m so grateful to her for her grace 🥰

I'd love to hear your rain, but not audible for me. In Arizona USA we'd love some rain!

I love this and I will give it a try. I’ve never worked with copper. Do I have to paint some sort of tarnish protector on this?

You can use a protective wax, such as renaissance wax to help protect your copper pieces 😍

Hello from California. I just found and subscribed to your channel. Really enjoyed this video and look forward to trying it myself. I'm very new to wire wrapping so I have a question. How do you keep the copper wire from turning green on your skin? It's very hot here now (41C) and I'm concerned about the metal turning from perspiration. Looking forward to more videos.

If you want to preserve the colour of raw copper, I’d suggest treating it with a protective layer of something like Renaissance wax. You basically rub it onto your piece and buff off. You’d do this maybe 2 or 3 times, which creates a protective layer. Hope that helps… and thank you for watching 🥰

It's the mandala... not my thing!
I use the centimeters now. Works easier for me.

I guess we each love different things but it’s good to know what everyone likes and dislikes. Centimetres are a little easier I think… for me at least ☺️
