I wish I could try and recreate this, but I'm trying to stay away from buying anything made out of polyester or plastic in general, so it would get expensive :( I could maybe thrift a few pieces someday and try to use that fabric. Either way its lovely, and you explained the steps very well! And I LOVE to see some circle skirt action! I'm personally ADDICTED to full or even double circle skirts haha! glad to know I'm not alone on that

The base is a satin lining fabric, but you can use whatever white/ivory fabric you like, it won’t really be seen! 💕

tulle doesn’t need to be hemmed, but all non tulle layers were hemmed or serged!
