There is a positive relationship between the ratio of factor prices and the ratio of goods prices. If the price of labor intensive good rise, then the wage of workers will rise, and the real rental rate of capital fall. Very good explanation! Thanks.
Does and increase in the (w/r) ratio lead to a decrease in the (L/K) ratio or does a decrease in the (L/K) ratio lead to an increase in the (w/r) ratio?
I don't quite understand the sequence of causality in the last diagram. How does an increase in the price ratio cause L/K to decrease? Or does the line of causality run differently?

First I`ve learned that H-O Model is a general equilibrium mathematical model of international trade. Second, I`ve learned that is "w" and "r" stand for wage rate and rental rate of capital, which helped me to understand the diagram better. Third, I`ve learned that what is the capital-intensive and labour-intensive. Also, know the relationship between the ratio of factor prices, and the ratio of goods prices. Last but not the least, I`ve learned three curve and know the change rule of H-O Model.
