Like I dont get how it can be useful. New ultimate is single target haunt, so Im guessing it must proc Phylactery's passive; but it's a long cooldown. And the more spammy ability dagger, that's not single targeting right?
The reason your items didn't arrive at ~ 15:00 is that when you send a neutral item back to base/stash from courier that is going to you with items, the courier cancels that trip and returns back to base. I have no idea why it works that way, and it's quite frustrating.

Khanda: ONLINE
It's nice to see someone who knows what he's doing play this character, I've always felt he was quite the......Enigma :P
On which heroes is Khanda actually good on?
I think the idea is that Khanda is a better late game item since it scales with your attack damage. It would be better to stop at the phylactery and then get a couple damage items before upgrading to Khanda. That would also make the passive crit it provides better
If you miss the old shotgun Morphling khanda feels very reminiscent to that on him, whether or not it's actually good I couldn't say. If you do give it a try definitely don't rush khanda though.
I always go arcane blink. Then Bkb. Then Aghs. Then Radiance. Always wins
That build is certainly bad, sorry 😎. Arcane blink rush isn't good. If you go blink bkb aghs it's fine. Radiance that late isnt good either. It's an earlier or nothing item since it accelerates your farm

So the best way to play Enigma is to black hole just the Spirit Breaker, ignore Rubick's spell steal, buy AC. Got it, thanks Purge
