Contradicting all major exit polls, a survey by Kannada media outlet Eedina has predicted that the BJP will suffer a loss in Karnataka in the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections. According to the survey, which involved nearly 1,50,000 respondents, the INDIA bloc is likely to win between 13 and 17 seats in Karnataka, with the remaining seats being shared between the BJP and JD(S). Karnataka has a total of 28 Lok Sabha seats with BJP contesting on 25 seats and JD(S) contesting on 3 seats.
TNM's Pooja Prasanna speaks to Dr Vasu, project head of Eedina Survey, who challenges not just the numbers predicted by many major exit polls for Karnataka, but also the methodology that these polls have employed.

This Didn't age well. Ironically, this was one of the few states where mainstream exit polls were right as opposed to this claim by Eedina and Dr Vasu. Eedina predicted 13-18 seats for Congress in Karnataka. BJP got 17, Congress 9. Eedina didn't put out surveys for any other state.
In this interview around 15 min mark, this guy says "fake" Hinduism of the BJP - all you need to know about his impartiality. Compare this with any of the big pollsters, they never talk about any party's ideology with a disdain.

Remember that Axis - IT had predicted 131 for Congress and they got 135. They have strike rate of over 90%.
No they predicted 121 to 140 wheras Edina predicted 134 to 139 .Tell me now ,who has more strike rate ? go and watch once .

Congress get 43% vote in assembly election and he predict congress get 46% vote share which is wrong according to historicaly context that congress is get less vote in loksabha than in state election. Let see it will remain same or changed tomorrow
actually this 90% is a myth... because, when 3 or 4 state election happen together, it's easy even for a normal person to guess the results... only place where axis got it perfectly correct was MP recently... in that election all other states where too easy for anyone to guess... so getting those correct doesn't add any real value , but percentage wise it gives a high number... on the contrary axis - my india was utter failure during last west bengal elections... it was a pathetic result at the end... so it's again a hit and miss... i was really surprised when eedina gave last k'taka election results and the margin of error given was too much... it's not a very smart thing when you give a range of 20 seats in these kind of predictions when total number of seats itself is some 200+... that means the range between entry and exit point itself is between 10%, this is something any normal human being can give.,.. but eedina was very close with the ranges in their predictions... let's see what happens in karnataka this time...

Bjp have already done many ethical things such as villages in shambli district up voting right of people was violated then even in some booth of my own city where there is a person sitting near evm not letting people vote properly and before beep he make them move and vote accordingly especially and we are ignoring the thing jo ram ko laye he ham unko layenge isnt that violation of mode of conduct but in Amritsar numerous poster were pasted all over district not a single major action by election commision

Congress and rahul missed a good chance to win but when they could not setup good coalition and have infighting they lost it then. Also the manifesto is full of freebies. EVM. If they had given a low exit poll number, then this will create a doubt on the high EVM number that comes. But if they give a high exit poll then no one will doubt the EVM number no matter how high it is.

Unfortunately I think he's wrong this time. Congress gave tickets to really weak candidates (I think purposefully) like Sagar Khandre, Lakshman etc. That is the major reason for their defeat. Their only hope is the women voters who they will be hoping will vote enmasse for them due to guarantees.
