I'd forgotten what a damned nice man John Cannon is. He's tough and he can be merciless, but at the same time he is incredibly kind, gentle and considerate (although he sometimes makes the most awful blunders as far as Victoria is concerned!) Thank you, Sherry. (of course you know you were named after a famous Irish playwright!)

It's a great song and fits this Tribute nicely, I love the show as well. My Grandmother got me watching older shows. She had great taste in entertainment, RIP Grandma Lil & Leif Erickson.
I would have to say Leif Erickson as Big John was was favorite character on this show and that is saying a lot with all these very fine actors playing diversified and interesting characters. Love your song selection for this video. Works very well.

Nice to see a video on Big John. He was a strong character of high moral values. He was probably my favorite character although I liked them all.
Nicely put together video of John Cannon. He was the one to get things done. It was his way or the highway.I like the way you showed the inter-relations between John and the other characters.

First of all, so called "Leif Erickson" wasn't his real name. There was nothing wrong with his actual birth name, William Wycliffe Anderson. He was a good actor, but obviously "sold out" his family moniker to Hollywood. Most likely the change was made as the result of a greedy Studio or Business Manager, with perceived notions of greater recognition accompanied with monetary gains? In reality, it's also shows blatant disrespect for one's parents & their family heritage, just to possibly obtain (not earn) a greater buck?! The ONLY reason a name change should be done, is for a woman when she gets married. If a woman gets married and DOESN'T change her name, then she doesn't accept the sanctity of marriage or respect for her husband.
