I have a greeting set up so it should not be waiting for caller to speak! Any ideas much appreciated! Meanwhile really looking forward to seeing your channel grow. I especially like how you developed/tested your Make scenario a step at a time vs trying to setup all in one go. That’s best practices in action! 🙂
Thanks man, appreciate your feedback 🤝 Are you using Gemini 1.5 Flash model? I had some issues like this with cheap models, I guess that's just a bug that 11labs will fix later on as the technology is still new. Try changing to GPT-4o and if the problem persists contact the 11labs support

Try following the tutorial step-by-step and text if it won't work. You might be using the wrong webhook or not collecting the data in 11labs properly
