I tried making a cust service agent for a non-profit, I managed to do everything ( except the Tools part) I got it to work but it stopped after the greeting when it was getting ready to inform me of the list of fundraising events. Almost a total of 5 -7 secs. What did I do wrong? Thank u so much in advance.
