Absolutely amazing woodwork. My father would have loved this. My dad built his house over in foxboro from the ground up. Amazing sir. How much work you put into that Barn in the history is absolutely awesome it's amazing that you use the old lumber from the mill. What amazing work😮🔨 Norm is absolutely amazing! Amazing how it's all the original 1880 absolutely amazing sir. Love the history

That history on that house sir is absolutely amazing. When you first showed the house, it almost looks like the window sails are upside down. What amazing work! I can't wait to come to your museum. So much stuff so much history. I always knew there was a lot of history and Rockville. A lot of old abandoned Mills like the one you restored. Amazing! The history is awesome and you sir you're amazing!
Barns are a true treasure. Such history goes along with these gems. My family bought an old farmhouse and barn in the Southern Tier, North of Binghamton NY, which the property dates back to the mid-late 1800s. Unfortunately, 2 days after the purchase, the barn collapsed due major leaks in the metal roof, which the owners before us never took care of. Unfortunately, we couldn't save it in time. The rainwater got the best of the barn from the inside. The barn was a true Masterpiece. We also have a few Round barns up this way, which are a real treat to see.
Watching this - I am just so so pleased to see a barn being saved vs. mowing it and then putting up a modern day box - no character/generic. Will be interested to see what this looks like in the end as well as what it gets used for as so many uses come to mind. I am a fan of saving the old barns/old homes as the new ones are just to generic. Love this! Thank You for saving this barn. Finding someone with the skills is difficult. 👍👍👍 Is there a video or two on the house besides???
I do wood working have my own shop an such, I would LOVE to have that old lumber...it's very expensive to buy it...this is really cool your doin this...love old barns...
Nice to see ,A good use of the old mill buildings ,Here in Lancashire & West yorkshire there were hundreds of mill buildings like yours but over the years they are being demolished no use for them ,A few have been saved & converted to luxury apartments .nice to see someone with a passion for history ,All the best from the UK . !!!!
Love the barn. I have a small barn I made into a gym. It's never closed! A real 24 hour gym. Lol. Even during covid it was open. Haha. Sure is nice. I can work out at 3AM if I want to.
Awesome…. I’ve been restoring antique’s since I was 14..Always catch up and check out what the Kaplan crew is up too at the end of the work day with my coffee before dinner…. Need to air some 500 action 🇺🇸💪🏼🦅
That barn has come along, a long ways, since you last showed it. The barn could be used for so many things. I would make it a family home theater building. It would sound phenominal, since you have alot of area in the barn to spread everything out. You could also make it a nice family gameroom building, with a pooltable. Y'all definitely have connections with nice and hardworking people, that have sick skill and talent. Junior's Bixby House is very nice. Would be amazing to live in, unless the house has ghosts! 😂😂
Of all the TH-cam accounts that I follow and subscribe to, "Kaplan America" is the only one where I preemptively "like" the videos before watching!! The ONLY one!!! 😂😂😂 It's because I can. I know that if Sr. or Jr. put something up it's going to be glistening with goodness!!! Keep the content coming guys!! Your ES 700 buddy - Art!!!
Barn looks better than our house raising animal kids. Can he fix our floors and foundation next, maybe throw a roof on, i can trade him a bitch basket case and a bike.
Good stuff lads .All hard graft .d tradesman told me .....Son everything rests on something else and your finishings should never show end grain.etc etc etc .Keep up the good work.😊
