Challenge is to trick Yianni after he moved your car in London 😂
@@Neklank Daniel tricked yianni ages back, something to do with a swimming pool
challenge: Daniel to wash, hoover and clean the muckiest lorry's in the yard
Never seen a clean Asheville vehicle in the road
I was going to put give the fleet a wash on a Sunday, the drivers should keep the insides clean anyway.
Then invite a Detailing TH-camr/Tiktoker to judge if its anygood
Daniel to detail the LH60 & then get Liebherr to inspect it. 👍, or grease the whole fleet for a month.
Don't you lot think Daniel works enough hours in a week? Give the man his day of rest.
Daniel and Terry should spend the whole day driving a tipper doing loads and they should document the entire day
Love how you’re bringing Terry into this 😂
Terry hasn't got his class 2 😂😂😂
A Max & Paddy remake ?
I AGREE with helping those starting a business, even if they may become a competitor. 31 years ago, when I first started in construction, another contractor helped me get started working with the same government agency, even though his income lessened because of me.
He has since advanced his company and is doing very well, and I make it a point to never bid on any projects that he's bidding.
I've continued that, by helping many start their own companies, including a few employees. And the most I'll ask for is maybe a cup of coffee
Just a simple bit of advice, buy a telescopic height stick to measure with rather than a tape measure. I struggled with a tape for years, folding up and blowing in the wind. Measuring different sections and adding together. Height stick is so much easier, real game changer.
I was going to give the same advice, if you watch "Luke C in a HGV" he uses it quite often on a flat bed with varying loads.
Holy F. Why didn't I think of this. Mate, ive been fumbling measuring heights for over 20 years. Thank you stranger, you're an absolute superstar!
Can buy them from Tensys 5m telescopic stick £89.
Honesty is always the best policy in the long run, but sometimes it feels like you’re being punished for it in the short term. Always play the long game. ❤
Soooo true what you say about helping people, I always get told off for this in my industry. Everything always comes full circle and the more you give away the more you receive! Facts!
Shout out to whole ASHVILLE team for your hard work and dedication 👊🏾
🙏👊
😂 “I’m gonna take myself and my Blazer back to the yard” that made me laugh. Similar sense of humour 😂😂😂.
Laughed at that part also 😂
Morning Daniel, All
Glad to hear that it’s good news from your surgeon. And, to all involved for another great episode, thank you. Take Care Daniel, All😊❤
👊❤️
Challenge: Daniel a 3 min "ICE BATH" - as he is a Tropical person.....! FYI they're so good for the body in all sorts of ways.
Noted and we will add it to the list of challenges to select from. 🙏
It's never a struggle, Dan... It's because you are SERIOUS...
Good morning Ashville weekly crew.
In reference to the rear window on your Land Rover Defender, look for a UK supplier of Lexan which is 100 times stronger than glass for the rear door glass panel , which would deter petty thieves nicking your personal gear
I like the look of Lexan, working as a maintenance person in mental health it can be very useful.
For what you said between 4:00 and 4:30 about giving tips and tricks to a newcomer in a business, people too often forgot that there's no two differents restaurants/bakeries who do things such identical that it would be symetrical (even if they order/buy the same ingredients at the same store)(it happen to fast-food also)
That's the first point, the second one is that we're not working all our life, between injuries and retirement, sooner or later, we'll gonna need to have someone else to do what we used to do and, sometimes, because of other things like mechanical issues, job too far away or just fully booked for the requested day, it's a nice thing to have someone else to do the work...
Third point (last but not least): it's a natural need to have some competitors, otherwise, what's the point to get better when you're alone to do what you do ? Look at all public companies before market opening for stuffs like utilities, TV or, best example ever highlighted also by the movie "the boat that rocked" the radio. Back then, the only LEGAL radio broadcast just 40 minutes of music daily (less than a hour of tunes by day)
Would you really get back to a way tougher life ? I don't.
Its funny, we have been full speed since 2014 trying to build our company for a sustainable future.... like you said, its no change for us at this speed. Also regards your flat refurb, you could put a small gantry scaffold on the pavement with a hoist or lift to the roof. The rolling pavement licence cost will be insignificant for the flexiablity you will create in your project. You can store materials and not go trough the building, could even put a roof on it to keep materials dry. I dont want the work but Id do you a free survey when I'm on my rounds if you want.
Helping people to me is the essence of the universe . In nature one often needs another to survive and prosper . I always look at the people who tell me not to help people. The proof can often be seen right in front of you ! Parasites also need others to survive .
Hey Daniel i work in construction im 22 years old plumber and i work with a family firm doing property development and we all just do everything and ive learned alot of interesting things watching your videos so keep up the great videos. -KJ
Daniel is a National treasure ❤ he should start a personal TH-cam channel 😉
He is starting his own channel. You can subscribe here if you wish. 😎

9:30. so regarding what you say to bigger companies, i agree, they have had the lions share of your type of business for far too long. and its mostly their fault that people like you with your can do attitude, no mountain to big to climb. and i love the way that every challenge is just another learning curve, something that will only make you stronger. your hard work, your determination to carve out your own path, thats what sets you apart from other companies your size. just be careful this doesnt come back to bite you. and wear some back protection, just in case........
4:00 - absolute gentleman. In giving we receive. Don’t know why we feel the need to hate.
I always wait until Monday morning to watch weekly, gets me serious. Love from Texas
We need Ashville Lego. An Ashville skip would be a good oddments bin for desks.
Daniel, its good to help others,as you may get help when its unexpected,Positive Vibrations💪🏾👍🏾💯🙏🏾
I like people that help others... in business I assume that comes with time and loyalty but still - great ethos! Big up the ashville mandem 👌🏻
Tyre fitter needs a proper dry/warm unit. I can see in his face he loves his job. Be great to see him in a proper unit. Could use it for loads of repairs etc. I remember back in the day you were looking for something like that.
Challenge: Monday morning, I'm in the yard...wearing an Arsenal top...all week...nice!
You should get yani to put a protective film on the back window so it won’t shatter when they smash it
For his challenge Daniel should spend a week attending all his central London meetings using the trains. No excuses on timekeeping when you can spend an hour trawling around in 'brutal traffic' taking the car.
Keepin' it real!
Terry Looking like Penfold from Danger mouse with the glasses 🤣🤣🤣🤣
watching your progress and development for some years now and still find it inspiring! Entrepreneur myself in completely different bracket but scaling and thinking is the same. Working with people is aswell, even in big companies. It's always the people. grt from Belgium
Challenge:
Spend 24 hours on a dairy farm with @TomPembertonFarmLife
•Milk cows
•Drive a tractor
•Feed the cows
•Muck out the cow sheds
•Herd the cows
•Feed the calves
Fun to see the planned (?) lights in the dressing room. We are looking at a set of the same lights for over the reading table in our library. Two 40 cm, one 60 cm and one 80 cm light hanging from one rectangular ceiling plate.
Challange to ashville Set up a tent In the yard. start the grill and serve food to everyone you know. Feel the stress and heat from the grill. Good look
Challenge: Daniel and (whoever else loses) must change a lorry tyre (under supervision) from start to finish. Maybe make it a race/ competition?
Always remember that today's targets become tomorrow's mimimums - so aim high.
Daniel needs to create a chat or video clips with his advice labeled. That’s My Two Pence Worth.
Never use the negative word 'problem', instead replace it with the more positive 'challenge'. It works 99% of the time👍
Love the chill new music!! Shout out vid team for train montage music choice 🙌
THANKS GUYS ANOTHER FANTASTIC ASHVILLE SUNDAY
Morning Ashville Family, his challenge should be a yard man for the day from cleaning the yard and also NOT complain doing it! ❤

One of the best yet! Been watching since day one, all the best Daniel
I understand that about helping your friend . I help a young man who started his electrical company by having him sub to me now he on his feet but when he needs help with a project he calls me and I help him so I can see were you are going from .

Challenge - Daniel to wear his Tux for a full Monday workday.
Thanks for the suggestion. We will add it to our list to select from.
I’m sure it’s not been easy to get to where he is but you got give him the thumbs up,,good to see a normal feller succeed 👍 wish I had a bit of his ambition 🤔
Great videos Daniel, very informative. I know were your VAT went, Ukraine. Hope you get it soon, through your leadership Ashville is growing leaps and bounds.
It’s Sunday morning!!
Good evening from New Zealand boys and girls
Damn that rooftop apartment is cool. Love that balcony.
Challenge: Clean GB Railfreight’s next dirty loco that comes into the yard from top to bottom!
i think the new big thing planned for Ashville could be making their own cement
A promise is a comfort to a fool. So true.
Access to Penthouse project. Bring in an 8 wheeler fitted with a large lorry mounted crane with a fly jib. Lift everything up from street level onto the patio. Remove all waste in ton bags with the crane and place in skips. No need to move anything through the building.
I was thinking exactly the same ! Do the rip out and then arrange to get it all lifted out by crane and same day bring the materials in using the same method
I actually mean keep the truck for the duration of the build and use it as an insitu crane. It won’t take up the space of a mobile crane and will be more cost effective.
Ha ha lol... love your theme song....
went to central london didn't get any glass broken.. that's a win!
Honestly best episode so far
The first 4 minutes of the video given advice and helping someone… I love it 🇦🇮💙 “Watching from Anguilla B.W.I”
Challenge for Mr Daniel, you need to empty the train carriage when it comes in the yard. 😂
So loving the videos and thank you. watching ur videos got me on to watching welderfadder from fox’s other great channel

Diecast models for murch, Oxford diecast and hornby/Corgi will do them
Love the new look on the ashville lorries! Hope to see more fresh looking lorries in the yard this year!
Good luck with your new things..carnt wait for too weeks time 🎉
"A promise is a comfort to a fool"
BOIII, thats a deep dish...
Daniel, I admire your approach to black business excellence. This is not about race or colour, per se, its about bringing black businesses along your successful supply chain. Bravo 🎉🎉🎉
Most racist comment on TH-cam…
Imagine the uproar if a white man says to another white man well done for supporting white businesses
Ffs he would get roasted
challenge: you on the LH60 and the other one on the loading shovel and offload the train 🤣 or take on tel in a fishing comp🤣
Daniel I think the challenge should be based upon and old story time tale of when you tried to help someone out with a skip on a weekend. Your challenge should be drive one of the skip lorry's for the day take in the job as if you was one of the divers on a regular day would make for a great stand alone video and would be very interesting for the customers seeing Daniel pulling up in the lorry
Sunday again good vlog 😊nice
Challenge: Let Michael O’Donovan host Ashville Weekly for a day
Noted and we will add it to the list of challenges to choose from 👊
@@thisisashville The content should be top notch 😂
You should get a lorry with a high lift crane. That would make your penthouse refurbishment easier for material access
Challenge: Daniel to take a Saturday off. Just kidding, that would be impossible!!!
just thought Daniel would you be able to make a 1000 jigzaw puzzle of your tipper truck, hook lift, concrete trucks on there own or a group love to see one of your tipper trucks, hook lift, or even the road sweeper as a 1000 jigsaw puzzle
Challenge, Why not compete in the 24 hours 3 Peak Challenge & raise money amongst the Ashville community.
As for the Charity, why not donate this to the charity/voluntary organisations that rescue walkers along the route, Mountain Rescue, Lowland Rescue (who help police search for missing vulnerable persons) Cave Rescue ETC.
All groups require off road vehicles, equipment which is expensive PLUS they might be needed to rescue you guys!
Enjoyed the changes in editing.. very good sir
A diecast 1:50 scale tipper would be awesome!
Good Sunday great video
Good morning from Glasgow to the Asheville loyal
Fake turf in the little digger that's a good 1 😂
Anti condensation paint will solve that issue in the bathroom but it will leave a texture.
Can point you in the direction to system that works.
What goes around, comes around, karma definitely exists, your mate won't forget the advice you gave him.
Last time Terry work this jard he was on the phone and got run over. lol. Go Terry!!!
Awesome vlog Asheville
Beni the Bulldog, what a man!!
Hiya team. I’d love your challenge to be learning to weld and get Baz to judge to see who’s better out of you and his daughter. My money is on Bella wining 😉
How often do you get back behind the wheel...... always good to refresh the skills and remind yourself what your drivers are going through....... - the people making you the dollar.
We know you got a big ❤ so here's an idea as your challenge 1 of your business ideas, crowd fund for it and whenever that business generates a profit give that to the less fortunate, half in this country and half abroad 👍
5:21 - that kid behind is not impressed with Daniel's camera shenanigans!😂😂
Great work.👍
Bathroom skylight solution idea, powerful exhaust fan sits in the lightwell possibly in a vertical orientation
Great video Sir keep up amazing work work
