Lee, you'll properly NEVER going to see another ending like Sleepaway Camp! I remember seeing this in theaters when this came out in 1983 and the WHOLE audience freaked out at the ending! That is something that I'll never forget just like I'll never forget that ending! (missed out the Stardust tag)
The Horror Miser Monty G unfortunately I didn’t see this movie in 83 of course I was about 5 or 6 years old lol I was more interested in cartoons like shirt tales
Nice Revisited Mr. Lee I Don't Know How The Sleepaway Camp Movies Escaped Me Until Much Later In My Life I Really Do Appreciate The Kids Felt Like Actual Kids I Try To Avoid Spoilers If I Haven't Seen Something Before So I Was Shocked At The Ending Reveal Scene
I rewatched Sleepaway Camp for the first time since the 80s a couple of months ago. It holds up well. Of all the camp slashers out there it has the best rendition of camp life outside of The Burning. It has perhaps the best ending shock of all time. Then I rewatched Sleepaway Camp 2: Unhappy Campers and Sleepaway Camp 3: Teenage Wasteland-- gotta love those subtitles-- two nights ago. These sequels seemed to understand there was no way they could replicate what the first one did, so they ditched the whodunit aspect or any attempt to be actually scary and went for humor and good kills. Not great horror films, but thoroughly entertaining none the less.
The only time a horror movie with a plot twist shocked me. I never thought any movie, let alone a low budget 80s slasher, would make my jaw genuinely drop. I loved the movie. And the best part is there is actually build up, they didn't do the cheap trick of pulling it out of the blue, they hint at it throughout. Also, great review!
Great review man. So glad to be a part of it. So in depth too. You are fast becoming one of my favourite TH-camrs man. I don't know ow if others feel the same, but when watching your videos, it takes me back to the video rental store, standing at the horror section. Amazing. Thanks for the shout out for the stardust reaction and t-shirt design helping. Top man. Top review.
omg cody, I had no idea you would be on here, and I agree with what you said about this movie being better than Friday the 13th because I was thinking the exact same thing 👏👏
I had actually seen part two first. I love it. Part one, tho. New Level. I think I was 15. Still to this day, one of my favorite horror films of all time. Slasher. But horror.
The Orphan had a good plot twist too. (I think it comes quite close to Sleepaway Camp's plot twist) Everyone thought that Esther was only a evil kid but when she was actually a 33 years old gal who had hypopituitarism? Wow! Mind blowing! I Didn't see that coming at all!
I absolutely love sleepaway camp!!! I've been watching this movie since i was a kid. This is the movie that made me scared of camp as a really young kid!!! It is such a awesome movie!!!
I posted a theory on a Sleepaway Camp video where I said that that flashback with young Peter and the real Angela represents Peter's gender confusion thanks to Martha forcing him to pretend to be a girl which is why Peter and Angela keep switching places on the bed in the flashback because it's Peter thinking "Am I a boy? Am I a girl?" IMO the things that drove him insane were the deaths of his sister and dad in the boating accident and his own head injuries from that which probably caused brain damage. Then there was Martha forcing him to act, dress and talk like a girl because she wanted a girl and already had a boy in Ricky. Being forced to pretend to be his sister made Peter's grief at his sister's death worse because being forced to pretend to be her constantly reminded him of her and drove him even more insane. Then there was probably the sexual confusion of being kissed by Paul which is why "Angela" flashes back to seeing "her" dad in bed with his boyfriend. Personally I think Peter was straight and fancied girls but he probably thought he had to pretend to fancy boys to "play the part" of Angela the girl his aunt wanted. Then there was the bullying at the camp from Judy, Meg and the like but nearly being raped by Artie the cook was the last straw and Peter / Angela snapped and began the killing spree. I also thought that Peter might have gone so insane his Angela persona might have become a split personality.
wow! that is a really good theory, I think you might be right. And since peter pretending to be Angela made him miss her even more he probably got angry with the bullies because he felt like he was protecting her or something
Every time anyone talks about Sleepaway Camp, that ending just pops right into my head. It something that still shocks me to this day. Awesome revisited review bro.
Damn. Sleepaway Camp IS STILL the MOST disturbing, creepy, insanity gore busted cinematic film that I've ever been privileged to view. In 1985, I was away at college when a group of my friends watched this movie on cable television. When the ending was finally revealed, I remembered saying that I knew that it was the "Angela" character who was the psychopath. However, I was ill prepared for that unforgettable, haunting, morbidly heinous ending. All I know, girls were screaming and running from the dormitory rec room. Guys were cursing and standing up, pointing at the television. And I was saying; "WHAT THE BLOODY HELL!" Truly a one of a kind, cult classic in utter "Jaws of Life" removal memory. Don't share the ending with all who you dare to watch SLEEPAWAY CAMP.
Even though I was relatively aware of the surprise ending of Sleepaway Camp (via Robot Chicken), prior to seeing the film, the execution of the ending still blew my mind. This movie was truly amazing and mind blowing.
I sought out your review on this. Glad I did! SC is one of those that seems to have gone under the radar for most of us who grew up in the 80’s. I thought I saw most of the horror movies back then; even some obscure ones like Fade to Black and Happy Birthday to Me.
one of the most underrated horror films of all time this and the burning . i love this film i seen this film back in the 90,s when i was 15 or 16. and felissa rose is awesome , looking sharp in your air force photos . and thank u for your service .
This movie is fucking INSANE. I thought I knew where this movie was going and it definitely went there but the true reveal at the end sent chills down my spine because of the shriek and the freeze frame, paired with the song.
I discovered this awesome movie back in 2004 while watching its sequel "Sleepaway Camp 2" on cable. It was and still is one of the most EPIC horror movies ever for me...I'm a "Sleepaway Camp" fan core!
Just saw this for the first time, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I already knew what the ending would consist of, and it STILL shocked me! I think it was the growls, the animalistic sounds she makes, the look on her face... I also saw the first sequel, and I loved the hell out of that one too. So much fun.
When I first saw it, I was shocked, I'm sure my jaw was on the floor. The noise was the best/worst part. Felissa is so nice and responsive on Twitter, I ordered an autograph from her a few weeks back. Can't wait to get it! =)
Been a bit busy so a bit behind on watching the older reviews I saw this on my recommended so decided to come watch this one before getting back into the really old stuff haha! I still love this movie as cheesy as it was its just amazing.
Leee!! Great review man! Seems like ur really hitting ur stride, n ur improving every video u put out. Strive to be better every day that’s how I live, n ur a good example of that. Great job man, Cheers! 🍻. Oh btw, that ending... 😲 lol classic.
I love that this movie felt like a camp movie that turned into a horror. Despite the over the top acting with certain actors the movie was realistic... the bullying was realistic and just the interactions with the kids.
I got to see this movie in the theatre when it came out..I was 14 but my mom was happy to nurture my love of horror movies and took me and my best friend at the time..Ive never seen it since but i never forgot it lol
Watch this film for first time end of May. Loved how weird it was and just the summer camp feel, then the ending shocked the hell out of me and my friends. Easily one of my favorite slashers.
One of most shocking endings ever alongside "Pieces" and "Just Before Dawn"...which I never would've know about without the drumdums review. Thank, brother!
Awesome story about meeting Rob, I agree its not every day you meet someone who loves horror as much as we do but the store I work at the assistant manager loves horror too so whenever I get to work with him its all we talk about. Awesome video as always lee.
Originally, Deseree Gould didn't think she was right for the part because she was afraid she wouldn't be able to deliver the odd dialogue well. The director forced her into it, and basically said, you're doing this part even if I have to act it out for you. I'm glad he did. She steals the movie and she's in it for like five minutes.
Love love love this movie. It's my favorite horror movie! I'm just so happy to see that people love this movie as much as I do.. seriously didn't know it was so loved or even known.. 8 has the pleasure of meeting felissa and john.. just awesome and friendly people!
" Oh god what the hell did i just watch? Sleepaway camp my ass!! This movie should have been called The Pervert Molesters and The Jerks Summer Camp" this was my exact thoughts the first time i watched the movie xD. This movie is really funny. The acting, the kills and the characters interactions are so weird and uncomfortable that is actually is kinda funny and entertaining. And "weird" is a nice way to say it. I loved this movie and i recommend it.
Such a strange movie but i do love it, i was late to seeing this one too. Think i watched it for the first time like last year. Yeah you could not do that ending today people would loose their shit.
I remember being a teenager and going to the video store. This movie's cover art always got my attention, but I always put it off. One day, my sister and I rented it, finally. I will never forget sitting downstairs in my basement and being stunned silent. My sister and I didn't say a word to each other. We were horrified and shocked. To this day, I still love this movie and get chills just thinking about that ending.
Felissa Rose came back as Angela in Return to Sleepaway Camp too. I reckon they need to do one more sequel where Angela finally kills her crazy Aunt Martha because Martha caused everything that happened in the series.
The main problem with it was you don't see her much in the film and when you do she's dressed as a male cop called "Sheriff Jerry." It's weird how in Sleepaway Camp II and III where Pamela Springsteen plays Angela you see Angela's kills onscreen up close and personal but Felissa's Angela's kills are always offscreen. In the original that was because Felissa Rose's mother didn't want her doing the killing scenes which is why Jonathan Tiersten who played Ricky did them. And from what I've read Felissa was originally going to do the end scene wearing a prosthetic dick but instead they got that drunk kid to wear a mask made from a mould of her face and had him do it instead. According to TV Tropes 1 idea for Sleepaway Camp 4 was Angela playing herself in a play based on her life and for some reason there's an obsessive Angela cult and it would have ended with Felissa Rose's Angela vs Pamela Springsteen's Angela from 2 and 3 where one of them would be the real one and the other would be a copycat killer. It's obvious that Felissa's Angela would be the real one and Springsteen's the copycat. SC4 is basically the Silent Night Deadly Night 2 of Sleepaway Camp where it's mostly made up of clips from the previous films.
I watched this the whole way through for the first time yesterday, I’d only ever seen parts of it before. Would have been better to watch not knowing the twist I imagine but I still enjoyed it. The worst thing though is the acting , it’s horrendous. Especially the Aunt, she feels like she’s in a different movie to everybody else. Btw did you notice that cop had a stick on moustache? Lol
Part 4 was actually only 30 minutes of original filming and was placed strategic with shots from the past three films, just like Evil bong VS Gingerdead Man ! Parts 2 & 3 are funny, but u are right about how they made a serious attemp in part 1 ! They were set to reboot this a few years ago but nothing ever came of it !
I’ve always heard you mention sleepaway camp just finally decided to watch it……. Wow that ending was shocking lol wth 😂😂 I’m convinced if I saw that as a kid I would have been traumatized
I remember when first saw this movie I didn't know anything about it and i fell asleep towards the end.Woke up just at that famous twist ending and it was so surreal like 'am I still dreaming...." Like WTF is going on 😮
Thank you, man! Just watched it and it's my favourite camp-slasher, reminded me A LOT of The Burning in the style, camp for kids, but is definetly better! Also really impressed with the kills, even it's not Friday the 13th stuff, the end results are definetly creepy, i don't remember beeing so shocked by some kills! And the last minute is definetly the highest point of the movie! Might check out the rest of the movies but heard they're love or hate
Willy Kuskin, who plays one of the bullied campers, was genuinely bullied by the other kids during filming. Frank Trent Saladino, who played a camp counselor, had to step in when the other cast members took things too far Felissa Rose (Angela), Karen Fields (Judy), and Katherine Kamhi (Meg) were actually all quite close during filming. Katherine Kamhi said the scene where they throw Angela into the water was hard for her to shoot for that reason. This is Mike Kellin's final film. He was sick during filming, but did his best to conceal it. He died of lung cancer in August 1983, three months before the film's release. The film became an unexpected hit, and something of a cult favorite for horror movie buffs. It made 30 times more than what was spent on it. Jonathan Tiersten was given the role of Ricky after an unusual audition in which writer-director Robert Hiltzik asked Jonathan to curse him out. Felissa Rose's debut. Karen Fields's debut. Katherine Kamhi's debut. The climactic scene was accomplished using a nude man wearing a mask cast from Felissa Rose's face. The thin man who stood in for Angela was a college student who needed to get drunk before he was able to do the scene. Though originally uncredited, it has since been revealed that the identity of Angela's body double was Archie Liberace. It is his first and only screen credit. A shot of dead Judy was cut by the MPAA for being much too grisly. For Artie's severe burn sequence, the actor was propped up on a fake floor and underneath, liquid gelatin was pumped through the blisters giving the impression that they're pulsating. If you don't count the opening scene, or the scene where Artie barely survives being scalded, then the first victim in the body count doesn't die until 34 minutes into the film. There are clues hidden throughout the film that allude to Angela's real identity. For example, Angela refuses to swim in the lake with the other campers, and at one point, Judy asks why she always showers alone. Aunt Martha said, "Just be careful not to tell anyone how you got [your physical exam]." The paramedics who carry away Artie the cook were real-life paramedics from a nearby town. Rare is the slasher whose victims are almost all between twelve and fifteen. Also, a couple of people get attacked but not killed, which is also rare for a slasher. Felissa Rose said in an interview that she wore a bra designed to keep her breasts "flat as a board," though she joked that she was only 13, so there wasn't much to flatten. Felissa Rose does not speak her first line until 31 minutes into the film.
Sleepaway Camp is the best camp slasher flick of all time, its wacky and crazily fun to see I love this film and the ending man when I first saw it it shocked the hell out of me. Great review Lee of this iconic camp slasher film this movies rules ⛺🔪.
Now, I seen this movie when I was 9 or 10 years of age, prolly around in 2006 on vhs tape, everytime I suspected a scary scene or heard the music score roll in, I crept around the door way, scared as hell, this honestly scared the living elder out of me at such a young age... now I go back and rewatch it, all I can remember is the scare value at when I had 1st seen it.
I like Sleepaway Camp (in German "Camp des Grauens") because it is actually relatable and something like this could really happen in real life. It is just a traumatized kid who kills all those people in a way that is realistic. There is nothing that couldn't happen in real life and that makes this movie so relatable and so great.
@Drumdums have you ever heard of Return of Sleepaway Camp the 4th movie???? Felissa Rose returns as Angela Jonathan Tierstan comes back as Ricky and also Ronnie returns if you haven't seen you should check it out
Saying that the more I watch Sleepaway Camp the more it grows on me and can appreciate it's difference to the usual summer camp slasher movies.I like that generally the kids are mostly kids and kind of naive and innocent and not all sex crazed etc
Sleepaway Camp (1983) is one of the most greatest slasher movies of all time. The story, performance's, music, images, direction, astomphere, tension, and cinematography was outstanding and incredible. Felissa Rose did a phenomenal and spectacular job portraying Angela Baker as she put tons of emotion and depth into her role. To this day the twist ending still gives me chills and goosebumps as it is consider one of the most greatest, memorable, and iconic twist endings in horror cinema.😰😱 It was decent and to this day I still watch it. Sleepaway Camp (1983) is a true blue ultimate masterpiece in horror cinema. Robert Hiltzik directed a classic that will be in our hearts forever. It never gets old.😍😎💯👍
Remember the movie heavyweights? That scene where there hiking and the do the butt sit up. Didn't know then but now I know they got that from sleep away camp..
I love this movie,it was my first horror movie,i really enjoyed it,mainly because I didn’t know it was a horror(i rented it,so I didn’t see the cover) so when they started killing people I was shocked. Then the ending...It really kicked off my love for horror.
Sleepaway Camp is the red headed step child of the camp slashers. It is perfect just the way it is. I feel like this movie could be remade, and that you can remain true to the story, but where shit will fall apart is in that final scene. No studio has the balls to give you a reveal like that. Even if you guess the twist, that revels is like a punch in the belly after a pizza lunch! Great little nugget of a movie.
Lee besides the epic ending theres also something really epic about this movie... the soundtrack :D oh boy! Check this song: Obsession-Desperate to Survive.
I heard that a sequel/reboot was in the works where Felissa Rose. Would reprise her role as Angela and would return to the original camp. Does anyone know if that's still happening or did it get dropped?
Good review....when I was recommended this movie all I was told ,the scream at the end is haunting.....by the way, have you watched The Baby(1973), check it out...
I am watching "Sleepaway Camp," for the first time right now. I like it so far. Some parts are hilarious! Just the way I like horror movies. PS I ordered my Nubbins prop a few minutes ago! Drumdum out !
Drumdums Ending was effed up for sure! Something triggered a memory and I recalled seeing it in the theatres a couple times when it came out. The ONLY thing I remembered was that bizarre twist at the end. Peace.
Man what I would give to see that audience reaction! Must've been crazy Monty!
The Horror Miser Monty G unfortunately I didn’t see this movie in 83 of course I was about 5 or 6 years old lol I was more interested in cartoons like shirt tales
"My god she's a boy" is one of the funniest lines in the film given the context.
Nice Revisited

Thanks for watching this one Polly!
I heard a rumor that Cody Leech was the guy at the end of Sleep Away Camp!!
I rewatched Sleepaway Camp for the first time since the 80s a couple of months ago. It holds up well. Of all the camp slashers out there it has the best rendition of camp life outside of The Burning. Thank you Shawn. And you're right. That ending is insane.
@@DrumdumsOfficial ya can't say all those low life bully's in this film didn't have it coming!

There's a documentary on TH-cam about the making of Sleepaway Camp that's really good.
Chris Salisbury Yeah that doc is on the Shout Factory blu-ray. It’s excellent.

Thanks so much brother! That means a lot coming from you.
Hi Wolfman!
55bueller hi Bueller
Great stuff man. I love this movie to death. It's one of the few technically terrible movies that I love for how bad it is. Lol
Agreed brother. And that's a hard thing to get away with because most bad movies fade into the abyss, even the fun ones.
omg cody, I had no idea you would be on here, and I agree with what you said about this movie being better than Friday the 13th because I was thinking the exact same thing 👏👏
Cody Leach if they reimagined sleep away camp it'll be a good one
Can’t express how much I love this film!!

I can't lie. The ending made my the hairs on my arm stand up bothered my sleep for several days.
I absolutely love sleepaway camp!!! I've been watching this movie since i was a kid. This is the movie that made me scared of camp as a really young kid!!! It is such a awesome movie!!!
Love this movie. I saw this back in high school when I was high on shrooms. Man what a trip.

wow! that is a really good theory, I think you might be right. And since peter pretending to be Angela made him miss her even more he probably got angry with the bullies because he felt like he was protecting her or something
I also think Ricky was involved in one or some of the killings along with Angela as well.
Good point, there is a scene when they meet Judy and Angela is eyeing her like a dude would at their age.

Sleepaway Camp is a underrated classic. Love it.
Hell yeah. One of my favorites.
Aunt Martha is the best part of the movie. Omg, I love the bizarreness of her so much.
She was definitely strange. RIP.
do you love her as much as i do? hmmmmm? we can't have that now, can we? no, that wouldn't do at all!
I literally just watched this after hearing from you about it on other vids. I love it. It easily makes my top 25 horror movies.
I will say it seemed more like a comedy horror to me for much of it including the deaths and reveal at the end.
And there is like 6 sequels too, ty for putting this one out there ! Now i am planning on renting or buying these all lol
No problem! I believe there are 3 sequels.
I LOVE Sleepaway Camp and the Judy kill along with the ending are so stuck in my head. Aunt Martha is such a great character!
Just rewatched fir the 2nd time ever for a patreon review and I must say I liked it a hell of alot more. That ending damn

Yes! Would make a great triple feature.
Awesome story about meeting Rob, I agree its not every day you meet someone who loves horror as much as we do but the store I work at the assistant manager loves horror too so whenever I get to work with him its all we talk about. Awesome video as always lee.
Agreed. Luckily there is one person at my current job that loves horror like it do. Horror friends rule!
Awesome, glad you have someone to talk to at work about horror makes your day go in quicker haha.
It seems to get more popular as time goes on. So glad I discovered it. Thanks for watching Christine!
Awsome review Lee
Thanks Matthew!
This movie scream WTF!!!
Such a strange movie but i do love it, i was late to seeing this one too. Think i watched it for the first time like last year. Yeah you could not do that ending today people would loose their shit.
Carnage Candyy Yeah Lizzi I’m glad I finally discovered this one. Have you seen the sequels?
yea seriously people would be like oh you're making fun of transgender lol
I remember being a teenager and going to the video store. This movie's cover art always got my attention, but I always put it off. One day, my sister and I rented it, finally. I will never forget sitting downstairs in my basement and being stunned silent. My sister and I didn't say a word to each other. We were horrified and shocked. To this day, I still love this movie and get chills just thinking about that ending.
Yeah that ending will stay with you forever!
Felissa Rose came back as Angela in Return to Sleepaway Camp too. I reckon they need to do one more sequel where Angela finally kills her crazy Aunt Martha because Martha caused everything that happened in the series.
Yeah I caught some of that one years ago. It was...really bad haha.
@@Xehanort10 returns is pretty much a direct sequel to the original. It ignores 2 and 3.
"the movie you don't remake!" that's the most awesome definition, Lee.
Yep. Unremakable Lucas!
The ending is like the ring vhs. You always want to pass it on to hope it goes away lol
Man everyone on stardust love Sleepaway camp I think I might get the blue-rey and watch it whenever I've fine work.
Lol
Man I always feel bad for those that already know the twist.
I caught a little of part 4 and had to turn it off. Atrocious.
This was filmed in my hometown so of course it was one of the first slashers I ever saw. Probably cemented my love for the genre.
That's too cool!
The final scene is unforgettable. Gave me nightmares for a looong time. It´s awesome
One of the greatest twist endings ever!
@@DrumdumsOfficial Indeed. You can forget everything else about the movie but the ending
Frank Trent Saladino, who played a camp counselor, had to step in when the other cast members took things too far
Felissa Rose (Angela), Karen Fields (Judy), and Katherine Kamhi (Meg) were actually all quite close during filming.
Aunt Martha said, "Just be careful not to tell anyone how you got [your physical exam]."
The paramedics who carry away Artie the cook were real-life paramedics from a nearby town.
LUCKY!!! I love Felicia Rose!
Sleepaway Camp is the best camp slasher flick of all time, its wacky and crazily fun to see I love this film and the ending man when I first saw it it shocked the hell out of me. Great review Lee of this iconic camp slasher film this movies rules ⛺🔪.
Well said and thank you!
I just watched this two days ago and it was great!!the ending shocked the hell out of me.didnt see that coming.great kills.
So glad you got to see it without having the ending spoiled.
The score was hella creepy in this for sure.
just got back from ShockStock 2019 met Felissa Rose, Art the Clown and Kelli Maroney from Chopping Mall,, sick weekend
bushello where was that at, sounds SO FUN!!!! thanks...👍
@@angelalinderman7035 It went down at the Ramada Motel on Exeter Rd in London Ontario, it happens yearly, i actually cant wait till next year
bushello Thanks again, sounds awesome!👍😀
Loved this film definetly one the best horror movie endings of all time, i wish they kept Felissa Rose for parts 2 & 3
HorrorFanaticx25 Me too. She was great
I like Sleepaway Camp (in German "Camp des Grauens") because it is actually relatable and something like this could really happen in real life. It is just a traumatized kid who kills all those people in a way that is realistic. There is nothing that couldn't happen in real life and that makes this movie so relatable and so great.
Great point!
@Drumdums have you ever heard of Return of Sleepaway Camp the 4th movie???? Felissa Rose returns as Angela Jonathan Tierstan comes back as Ricky and also Ronnie returns if you haven't seen you should check it out
LandonM Martinez I saw that one. It’s baaaaaad.
One of my favorites of all time man wow so quotable😂 I met Felissa Rose 🌹 last year it was awesome she’s so sweet
Yes she's such a sweetheart.
Dude you rule!! I hope you keep it up with the horror vids
Thank you Shea!
Saying that the more I watch Sleepaway Camp the more it grows on me and can appreciate it's difference to the usual summer camp slasher movies.I like that generally the kids are mostly kids and kind of naive and innocent and not all sex crazed etc
Sleepaway Camp is such a classic. Thanks for watching!
@@DrumdumsOfficial great reviews enjoy listening to them thank you 🙂
Sleepaway Camp (1983) is one of the most greatest slasher movies of all time.
Haha I haven't seen that one. But that poor kid who had to do that part.
Love this flick! For me it's like Disney hired Jon Waters to do a horror flick.
Nicolas Vincent Haha perfect comparison!
I love this movie,it was my first horror movie,i really enjoyed it,mainly because I didn’t know it was a horror(i rented it,so I didn’t see the cover) so when they started killing people I was shocked. Then the ending...It really kicked off my love for horror.
Hey mom I made it! Thank you sir and a great review man
Thank YOU!!
Awesome Movie I have to get it On Blu-ray One day soon!😉
Oh yeah the blu-ray looks glorious!
Finally just watched this! Wtf is that ending?!!
I love this movie so much.
Lee besides the epic ending theres also something really epic about this movie... the soundtrack :D oh boy! Check this song: Obsession-Desperate to Survive.
Yes!! Love all the music in this movie. The score is chilling too.
sleep away camp creepiest ending ever.
Hell yeah. No contest.
I heard that a sequel/reboot was in the works where Felissa Rose. Would reprise her role as Angela and would return to the original camp. Does anyone know if that's still happening or did it get dropped?
I know I am late asf but I love this movie so much hopefully you make another sleepaway camp video
Lee have you watched return to sleep away camp?? The movie that came out in 06 with alot of the original cast members.
A long time ago....and I don't remember much about it at all.
@@DrumdumsOfficial just watched it to finish the franchise. It was a decent b movie horrror kills were the highlight of it
Good review....when I was recommended this movie all I was told ,the scream at the end is haunting.....by the way, have you watched The Baby(1973), check it out...
I am watching "Sleepaway Camp," for the first time right now. I like it so far. Some parts are hilarious! Just the way I like horror movies. PS I ordered my Nubbins prop a few minutes ago! Drumdum out !
What did you think of that ending?!
Drumdums Ending was effed up for sure! Something triggered a memory and I recalled seeing it in the theatres a couple times when it came out. The ONLY thing I remembered was that bizarre twist at the end. Peace.
Drumdums Do you think it was made by pedophiles ?
Drumdums I'll never look at a curling iron the same
I Judy found your channel it was in my recommended I just subbed
Thank you so much Erin...and welcome to Drumdums!
Drumdums you’re welcome and thank you
We know Cody loves some happy endings with a "twist"
