I really love this area. This is exactly the type of landscape I would like to live in!

I'm looking for a place to rent starting in November. We have a 35lb well behaved 6 yr old dog and two boys. Let me know if you find any properties for rent in the $1000 to $1300/mo range. Thanks!

A man was killed at Groom Creek this morning while he took a break building his home. Drinking his morning coffee and a bear attacked him out of the blue. A neighbor killed the bear with a rifle but that was too late for the 66-year-old man. Was he the only bear in the woods? Most likely not... Take care. It seems this guy got no warning.

Yea strange story. Black bears don't usually attack like that

Maybe try to help keep much of our forested areas like groom Creek spread out and not covered in homes, much of where it turns dirt and beyond up senator is national Forest, not land designated for housing, how it should stay too !

Much of this video is completely out of focus. It's very poor photography for a beautiful area. It seems you're using a cellphone to film while you're driving, and that's poor judgment on your part, that reflects poorly on you professionally. With the money a Real Estate Agent makes, you should have a camera mounted to your dash, for good quality photography that's in focus, for hands-free driving, safer driving, which would be smart. You should also be stopping at stop signs, instead of rolling through them as seen in this video. These unwise/unsafe driving practices don't increase the viewing home buyers' confidence in a RE Agent. Since you care enough to show viewers the area, get a decent camera and have it mounted, in order to show them decent footage.

Thanks for the kind words. I do have a dash mount camera now. Always appreciate the bashing
