Thanks for your videos Bill. Wish people would knock it off and stop complaining. If you don't have a positive comment, zip it. Its not like Bill makes the prices, he's just showing us, folks! Get a grip!
Agreed, but people are paying those "absurd" prices. I had the idea to move/retire to AZ back in 2010. That idea is shot to hell now. The 2020 riots caused ppl to move out of blue cities to AZ, sadly AZ will be a blue state soon. Also AZ has drought issues and a million invaders thanks to that incompetent governor... another stolen election.
@Onebillyi2753 This cannot be sustained long term as there aren't enough people who can afford these houses. We are peak Baby Boomer retirement which is driving these prices as they move out of Democrat run cities that are falling apart like NYC and S.F.. All Boomers will be 65 or older by 2030, so this won't last much longer. We are headed for massive economic problems as there simply aren't enough younger people working and paying taxes. Social Security is set to be insolvent by 2028 or sooner. Medicare even sooner. Why do you think they are importing millions of illegal immigrants?
Wow thanks for showing us ❤

How much are the empty lots there?
They vary and it's a package with the home. In this area the lot premium can go from $50,000 and up depending on the view and such.
A million???? These houses are not worth a million dollars. This is absurd.

That's what market is bringing. Do you think 900 foot in Oceanside is worth 1.4 million?

@@Scott-r1t All good points. Realtors do not care about any of this. Only selling to get their commission.
@@Scott-r1t well said. Can't argue anything you stated
