- At the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Jennifer Hudson, performed “If I Could Turn Back Time” in tribute to Cher, recipient of the Icon Award. Cher then performed “Believe,” and was joined by Hudson at the end of the song.

Straight away, my thoughts were Cher is not singing here,; her lips not lining up with the song!
I forgot to mention the energy Cher has at her age, the body movements is like a 30 year old, i hope i have that energy at her age.
Cher was singing mostly off a track. Jennifer over did her performance a little. IMO.
Hate to be that person, but she hardly even moves on stage.

Why didn't Mille Vanillin or Ashley Simpson? I love CHER but hate lip singing! I would ask for my money back if a band or singer I paid to see did lip singing.

@vernonmoses2417 She wasn't "overly" singing. Cher requested Jennifer, and everyone knows that Jennifer is a belter. She actually LOVED her doing that, as a matter of fact, there is footage of them rehearsing this performance, and Jennifer did it exactly that way, with Cher's approval. I just think it's weird that ppl ASSUMED that Jennifer sanged like that without Cher being aware that she would give it ALL she's got, as USUAL. The performance was EPIC!!!!!

However FYI a piece of trivia you may not know….Cher's career as a recording artist spans seven decades and she is the only artist to have a number-one single on a Billboard chart in each of the past seven decades. Now that is going to be hard to beat.
