@@robertwilson3275 Amen and Amen. Ronnie was definitely leaning more country and traditional country blues meshed in. also he was gaining a second wind with the 3 guitarist going again with Steve Gaines. Also, with Steve planning on doing more singing in the years to come. It’s a shame we never got to see those roots grow. But bands like WM and BBS at least from those seeds in a way! I love the vibe of skynyrd towards the end, like Haggs “honky tonk nighttime man” such a shame.
@@robertwilson3275 BTW I am a masters degree from the church of Skynyrd, as a kid 90% of the time we were listening to skynyrd, knew every word to every song and I remember being in school the day after that crash every kid in high school had a Skynyrd shirt on that day it was an equally sad day as Elvis dying that same year.
@@jonforsyth5319 I believe they were discovered in a Tyler Texas bar at or near a hotel Skynyrd was staying at. They were hired to go on the road as an opening act and the rest is history. I would pay good money to see a BBS/WM/Skynyrd Triple Bill and everybody on the stage jam session afterwards (even with the no founding members version of skynyrd) but I would even settle for WM/BBS twinbill as well. Lol
Absolutely correct sir! It’s a simple son anybody could play the song but the soul of that song is impossible to duplicate but WM transcends the vibe! Thanks for commenting!!
@@danieltaylor9164 I definitely think he would have loved WM.. I can tell you they love his music you can hear it in everything they do. Thanks for joking in on the comments!

Ronnie is proud of ya'll I believe. Geat set guys always ❤✌️❤️🌼
Ronnie, feeling the beat though his feet !!!
Ronnie left this world way to young..

Can not wait to catch this band, 🎸🎶🎵🎼
I had never seen them in person or BBS until this year I finally got to see BBS and they were awesome, but still waiting to see WM.
@@samstevens1956 I would love to see a BBS and WM dual tour like Skynyrd and the CDB used to do
Wow!!!!
